Hey bros,

I am a first time poster, but have been lurking for several months. I would love some opinions on a topic that my buddy and I have been disagreeing about.

Recently, my friend (Let us call him David) was asked to help his friend (Let us call him John) move. When David asked John, why he was moving out of his house and into an apartment, David was informed that John's wife had just told him that "their" daughter was not of his blood. John had been raising and supporting this bastard child for several years. I am not privy to the exact details but it is clear that John got cuckolded and that he had to vacate his own house.

When David told me this pitiful story, I laughed and rebuked John for not getting a paternity test. Now, this is where my confusion and ultimately my question lies. David is generally an extremely natural Red Pill alpha male, and we essentially agree on all subjects regarding the nature of women and the treatment they deserve (like garbage). But after my comment about the paternity test, David said, "I don't know bro, John had been with his girl for a long time. And besides, it is kind of tough/how do you bring up to your girl that you want a paternity test?" This coming from the guy who has spouted off statistics to me about how common it is for men to raise some other mans bastard child. My rebuttal was that when it comes to a matter as serious as paying for your "offspring's" existence for 18+ years, hurting your girls feelings a little should be the least of your worries. It is also possible, of course, to conduct a paternity test without your girl ever knowing.

I guess my question is threefold. First, do you all agree that every alleged father should get a paternity test? Second, how can my generally Red Pill friend, who knows and talks about how often women cheat and how many men raise bastards unknowingly, disagree that all men should get a paternity test? Third, what is the best approach of informing your harlot that you need a paternity test?

UPDATE

Okay, so I just spoke with David about this and he had some new info. Apparently John's wife is insisting that he still pay for the child. From what I gather, a lot of courts will make cucked men continue paying for a bastard child because they "already assumed the responsibility". So, since John had been paying for and raising the child as his own for several years, he's legally locked in until the bastard turns 18. I am a lawyer but I don't practice this type of law, nor would I ever want to. I have not done any research about this issue but it sounds plausible considering the times we live in. For shame America, for shame....
