That has literally nothing to do with pornography. There are two major factors. The first is the rise of the welfare state, and especially the construction of many forms of social welfare as being available only to single mothers as opposed to in tact families. The second was the widespread adoption of no fault divorce and the accompanying social destigmatization of divorce. It turns out that when you create significant financial incentives for people to give up on the traditional family model, they respond accordingly.
The other points you raise could at least plausibly be linked to porn, though the strength of that nexus is variable, as is the validity of the point you're trying to make. But blaming porn for the downfall of the traditional family is fucking absurd, not least because that process began when Playboy was novel and wildly controversial.

It's both. Porn is ruining men, by providing sex, what women have traditionally provided to them.
Social Media is ruining women, by providing attention and validation, what was traditionally provided by men.
The brain can't differentiate between whether you actually fucked that pornstar or whether you just jerked off to her. The same can be said for women. Women can take a slutty bikini pic at just the right angle and get thousands of likes and hundreds of DM's within a few hours of posting, despite the fact that all she does all day is smoke weed and watch netflix.
What cause do the sexes have to actually go out and flirt and fuck each other if every base human desire can be had with minimal work by taking your phone out of your pocket? None.
