I'm currently and half-heartedly using Tinder at the moment, and have used multiple OLD sites in the past. As a man, I can't tell you the amount of fake profiles, bots and, more recently, links to some woman's onlyfans I've seen on all of them. Tinder is currently by far the site most populated with these bogus profiles. It makes me wonder "Are women actually open to meeting people online?" I've heard most do it for fun and aren't that serious (probably because they have a few people lined up already and are "just seeing what's out there"). I've also noticed that the only women who seem legitimately and seriously invested in online dating are the overweight, unattractive ones, which are also quite common to see while browsing on Tinder and other OLD sites.

Genuinely curious about if any normal, moderately attractive women with healthy BMI's are actively searching online, or is it mostly an excursion for whale watchers and those looking to get cyber-AIDS?
