Water these days. Gave up alcohol a couple months ago for various reasons and I'm enjoying it more than I expected. I think my 20s was more for drinking and as I come up to my 30s I realize I want to get my body in peak shape.

I have no woman to hold me down anymore, I can eat chicken breast/fish/lean meats+broccoli/other veggies and protein shakes every meal and no one will bitch. I don't need to buy donuts or ice cream, just because "we deserve a treat".

My food discipline has always been rock solid. I'm very realistic about my energy input and output. No woman I've been with has been as simple, they're all so-called foodies and don't want to be as serious about it. Which don't get me wrong, I love food too, just one day a week of semi crappy food is enough for me. Hell once a month.

I don't look down on people who drink (unless it's in massive excess, then I just feel bad for them) though. Everyone has different reasons for the things they do. That's the beauty of going your own way!

Diet Coke or Pepsi. Which ever is on sale. Diet because I avoid sugar and soda because gave up alcohol 25 years ago and counting.
