This is going to be a slightly whiny post, so bear with me. Summary of my life so far:

  • I went to a rough-ass school with zero prospects
  • I managed to get a good job (and good money for my age)
  • I had a long term 7 year relationship which failed - we were engaged but she got pregnant to Chad and then got married to him
  • I went through mental trauma/depression for 2 years. Considered ending it
  • 3 years later, I got my sanity back
  • I got a pay increase at work and I thought it was all going well
  • I bought my own place but the neighbours were fucking DICKS. They had music on at 100% volume almost 24/7. I couldn't hear myself think.
  • I sold that and moved back in with parents. Herein lies the issue.
  • I'm a 30 year old man. I can't afford a nice quiet place (preferably with no neighbours within walking distance so I can live in solitude)
  • Living with the parents at this age actually kinda sucks. The neighbours here were fine up until one day, some total asshat family moved in next door and for the last 9~10 weeks of lockdown they've been hammering, drilling, powerdrilling, chainsawing for hours and hours each day

So... why am I telling you all this. I am sinking back into a depression. I normally help out you guys on MGTOW but today, I need your help.

I need to get that nice house, in a nice area, preferably somewhere super super quiet because I've lived near loud, inconsiderate neighbours and holy fuck, it's annoying and depressing - and that's multiplied by 10x in a lockdown scenario.

I just don't know what to do. I need the kind of money to get a £360,000 house here in the UK ($430,000) to have a good/above average standard of living. Problem is - I'm a single guy. I can't afford that. I guess today I just feel a bit low and wondering how I'll ever get from A to B.
