Have you ever been in a situation where you're so hung up on a man, you're constantly checking your phone to see if he has answered your texts/sent you a new text or waiting for him to call you and check on you? Why? Because chances are high that he's currently breadcrumbing you so you get attached to him and grow desperate. When you're ripe enough for the taking, he'll make you bend backwards so you do what he wants you to do (and not what benefits you) because you've become so crazy you're willing to do anything to have a crumb of his attention/effort.

Sure, he could be busy but if he really was into you and really wanted to have a real, rock solid relationship with you, he would tell you that he's too busy right now before you ever start checking your phone.

Bear in mind that the minute you feel desperate for a man is the minute you're reverting back to your Pickme ways. So if you ever start feeling this way - worried and yearning for him - BLOCK AND DELETE.

He's just one man among 3.5 billions. You're the prize, you're the gift. He has to earn your yearning, not the other way around!

Block and delete men who leave you hanging until either:

  1. The new guy you're talking to doesn't make you feel this way and put the same or even more energy into your relationship than you
  2. You no longer get attached easily and you've fully internalized that men have to put real effort into the relationship to earn your yearning

Until then, BLOCK AND DELETE! At worst, you'll lose one possibly good guy (among millions) that wasn't considerate enough to make sure you won't feel uneasy and desperate for him. At best, you dodged a huge bulllet!

You're the prize, you're the gift! Dick is low value and abundant! You'll easily find another man so don't waste your time on someone who doesn't work hard to get your attention and love.
