I used to do all the cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry... Now if a man were to tell me "we're running low on milk" I would counter with, "well thankfully the store sells plenty".

I can't handle that in 2020 anyone has to tell their partner about milk needs. Low on milk? Every household member puts it on a shared grocery list app. At the store? Every family member buys the entire list. Just, cannot.

Why should anyone be responsible for emotional labor that an app can do for you? This is below everyone.
