What strikes me as the biggest red flag is him giving you an ultimatum and a strict timeline. That is not really how getting into a relationship is supposed to work. He’s basically saying give me what I want now or I will move on to the next girl who will. Personally I think this is a great reason to withhold sex because it really helps you weed out guys like this.

Yeah I think he was just trying to manipulate you into bed. Men should not give you a weird ultimatum after 5 dates. And he certainly would not have if he was interested in you for more than just sex.

Date a guy who continues to pursue you. He gave you up overnight, as you said. Drop it - he’ll probably come back to you when he realises his manipulation hasn’t worked.

Honestly, he sounds like a loser. No way would I consent to a dude being my boyfriend after 5 dates. Many men ask me to be their girlfriend even after 1 date. It’s a red flag that they just want that “title” so they can get pussy. You dodged a bullet in my opinion.

If a guy has put you on the chopping block, let him go. Either he's trying to manipulate you, or more likely, he was simply hoping to use you to satisfy himself sexually until something he felt was better came along. Just like he dumped his "girlfriend" of four months because she wasn't behaving the way he wanted her to, he's now done the same to you. The trash took itself out for you.

I personally don’t like his language (faggot is derogatory, but hey it’s your date not mine). At least he’s being open and honest with you about how he feels.

Sounds like he has anxiety. Did he seem like it? Like he wants to be sure it's going somewhere otherwise he thinks he is wasting his time and rejected you before you could reject him.
