Really helps with putting me in a better mood and my depression! I started running a few weeks ago and while I hate running in a way, I also find myself craving a run now. Also it’s the 30 mins to an hour of my day where I can really focus on one thing and not worry too much.

This hits the nail on the head. I had surgery seven weeks ago and was finally cleared to go back to the gym this week. My first gym session this week was incredible and I missed it so much. Exercise makes a world of difference in managing my OCD symptoms and helping achieve mental clarity.

Also, "the best revenge is a good body" is the wisest thing a Kardashian has said.

I needed to see this list! Just got cleared by my physiotherapist to start working out again but I couldn’t bring myself to want to go just “to look hot” - which yes, can be great, but I like the curves I’ve acquired and so being very skinny again is not that appealing. (I’m 5’7”, used to be 130, now 155) I’ve never had hips like this before and I kinda love it? Lol

No better time to listen to a book on tape. Every classic book is free online so I've been listening to a lot of literature that I lack the patience to read.

Also! Helps with period cramps. From my experience, working out has relieved my pain but don’t over do it as it puts too much stress on your body.
