Nope. I had one who kept coming back into my life and I let it happen because we were supposedly friends but eventually his game became blatantly obvious and I called it. And I'll never message him again. He can try message me but I'll never respond.

So I only block guys that are creeps. For guys who I liked but got ghosted by or they only gave low effort responses, I unfollow, remove them from my follow list (I’m private), and delete their number.

The thing is, they always come back. This is especially true of guys you never slept with. I have had three men this month find me on LinkedIn after I ignored their texts, fb, and insta requests. Quarantine is a crazy time.

But your point is 100% valid because this is still incredibly low effort. None of these men apologized for their behavior in the texts or requests. I just like to reject them back in real time.

My ex sent me a message a couple of weeks ago. ( He was a dick in the relationship and after, so I don't know why I didn't block him sooner.) He sent a reply on my insta story of me figure skating, and he said it looked as if I've progressed a lot (yuck) and he asked when he could see me skate sometime (double yuck). Mind you, this guy is expecting a baby this year.
