I tried to tell this to one of my friends recently. She’s recently started seeing a guy who snapped at her over something small, and even she recognised that it’s a red flag. She’s decided to give him another chance, even though this guy told her “he can’t guarantee it won’t happen again”. He’s managing down her expectations without her even realising it. When a guy shows you who he is, believe him. Following FDS has made it so much easier for me to read men. The signs are always there.

Exactly! People think a red flag = warning. When actually a red flag means to abort mission. I told my friend that if she’s willing to stay with him, then him snapping clearly isn’t a red flag for her.
