Mid 20's guy, good success with women, but I'm don't have the respect I want from other men.

The women that I date give me compliments that I'm strong, etc, and they follow my lead. However with men, I am often ignored, talked over, or challenged.

I think this is due to failing male shit tests.

With women, I can keep things light and fun, and when I rarely need to put my foot down, I have no problem doing so.

However, with men (specifically, I work in an all-male environment), there are constant tests and chest pounding. I've been mostly ignoring them, or playing them off as I would with a girl, and it doesn't seem to be working. I can see that my thoughts are not valued, and I can often expect an argument when I task someone to do something, versus a girl I'm with who will follow my lead.

Anyway, I'm not totally sure what I need to do. Your advice is appreciated.
