Been on 2 dates with a girl, ended both dates with a make out (2nd date make out was more intense). Both times I asked if she wanted to go home together (with the implication of sex) and both times she said it's too soon/she prefers getting to know someone before sex.

I've never been in this situation before (typically have the opposite problem - get sex early but struggle to keep them long term) so I genuinely can't tell if this is a lack of attraction or if she sees me as beta-bux and/or LTR material.

I personally struggle to believe it is a lack of attraction as there's many IOI'S (obviously the makeouts, plenty of touching, flirting on our dates, replies to me very quickly, agreed to a 3rd date). She also asked me if a girl putting out early would out me off (this was after she refused to sleep with me) and I said it would probably make me see them as less suitable for a relationship. I feel this might be relevant.
