Stuff like this should absolutely be considered some form of sex crime. Some countries and/or jurisdictions within countries have written "rape by fraud" into their sex crimes statutes explicitly, but not nearly enough.

Even if you think of sexual consent in terms of contract law though... AFAIK only a few types strictly have to be written/notarized. In many cases verbal agreements are legally binding in theory, it's just that it's hard to prove that they've been made and broken in most cases.

More acknowledgment that that's as true of agreements about sex on paper as it is of any other kind of agreement - that lying to get some should be considered illegal even if it's hard to prosecute - would be a great reality check for some of these motherfuckers.

I don't know if this has been anyone else's experience, but a stressful part of dating for me is consistently meeting guys that refuse to wear a condom because "it's uncomfortable for me :'(". Fine then, no sex.
