Do not measure yourself with your standards for female beauty. The only thing making a male face ugly (or un-masculine) is FAT. Fat cheeks, double chin, this shit has no place in a masculine face. Everything else is almost irrelevant. Big nose, deformed chin, small ears... asymmetries and proportions don't matter like they do for female facial beauty. A male face only needs to look tough and chiseled.

Find your good qualities and use them. If you can't figure out any, then make some.

you say: "I dress well,speak politely and fluently" Are you dressing too nice? Try more casual and fun nice. And speaking politely and fluently sounds pretty boring. What about trying to be more funny and cool. Funny can be learned.

Hmm, you need to be more fun. Like not only a talking pillow. Tell them that you can listen to their stories or what not but over a date. Flirt, be laid back or something. Be direct, and not ease into it.

And your ugliness. If you're "normal" ugly then it can work with just being a kick ass guy. If you have a big hole in your face or some form of crazy scar or super weird nose. Then why not try surgery. You say you can't afford. Then focus on getting that money.

BUT Don't think about the last part before everything else in your game is solid and you are confident. Girls getting boob jobs because they are insecure will still be insecure after. You need to work with what matters the most.

I'm an ugly dude. Shit is very hard, a lot of people don't get it. Confidence helps but damn it's nothing on looks (and skin colour) in my experience.

I've just been on holiday with a blue pill friend. He was getting IOIs up the wazoo and I was just getting hostility/indifference from chicks I talked to (as per usual). I'm direct and have OK game, my friend is emotionally open, no game, doesn't lift, doesn't look particularly great but cleans up compared to me, gets laid constantly. Has real abundance.

Continue to focus on yourself. Pursue your interests. Not the in thing that everybody else is doing but really discovering yourself. Going after that will put you in a circle with genuine people you have something in common with.

Looks do matter, but you gotta work with what you're given. I'd focus in your strengths and really focus on your game, over the top body language, and conversation abilites. Get skinny af and put on some mass too. I've seen guys make it work.

Hey man, you can do what I do. Get on online dating, and use a picture of someone else (maybe one of you're attractive friends). If your date calls you out on it, call her a superficial whore and keep looking! I'm about 50/50 in my ventures. Probably like 50% just straight up end the date, 40% want to end it but are too awkward to and I may or may not end up getting some, and 10% just go with it. I had one time when we both used fake pics and just laughed about it and had the worst sex of my life.

It's not for everyone, but I'd recommend trying it out.

I've have seen it first hand, a friend voted by his peers to be the ugliest person in our metro via a local internet competition and he fixed it and now dates a fucn beautiful Asian girl, What really hit me in your post was that you like him knew he was ugly and for that fact had the most incredible thoughtful way about him, not to compensate but because he understood one simple thing, Looks fade. So what did he do? Let me ask you, how is your Jaw, this is a huge factor when evaluating appearance? He had his jaw broken and reset forward, a dental procedure and his life was never the same. Unfortunately there are some things nature cant over look, things that are hard wired. Find out what it is and fix it, you only get one life but ffs don't get plastic surgery, You need to look like you, an recessed jaw is one thing, weekly botox and implants will completely destroy your confidence, in the back of your mind you'll know your a fake and intuitively people will pick it up.
