Like do men think watching “barely legal tiny teen gets raped by daddy” isn’t conditioning them to be sexually attracted to rape and children? And then those men go on to abuse the women in their lives and potentially children because that’s what they’ve been taught- that sex with women should degrade them. And the men and women that participate in this think that just because what they’re aroused by is taboo that they’re absolved from all criticism, just because it’s their “kink”. Like do they think being sexually aroused by being in either position is something unique to their sexuality? Sexual attraction to abusive behaviour, either in the position as the abuser or the victim, isn’t created in a vacuum.

I dont want to date someone who even thought it was okay to view women that way in the first place. A normal guy should be grossed out by it and avoid it.

The only thing I disagree with is the conclusion. Whether pedophiles are born or made nowadays, I do not believe you can recover from the disease. She’s right that it’s entirely mental, that’s why sterilization and chemical castration have very little effect on pedophiles. They continue to violate victims with objects, etc. Though it is a sexual predilection these men don’t need sexual contact with their own bodies to be fulfilled. That’s why they collect child p0rn, that’s why they can be satisfied with sexualizing children by grooming them, even if they never touch them. Once their minds have become infected with this disease, by whatever means, it is impossible that they will ever be normal again. Most psychiatrist have labeled pedophilia as untreatable. Crime stats show the recidivism rate is nearly 100%. Considering how rarely sexual crimes are prosecuted in this country successfully, by the time a man as far gone enough to actually be tried and convicted of sex crimes against children, he’s irredeemable. There are dozens, perhaps hundreds, more victims that are not known about. Once these men turn a certain corner, you can’t even properly regard them as human beings anymore. They’re animals that need to be put down on site

I can’t be the only one genuinely scared about this... The past year has been an awakening for me and I’ve started to realize how much I’ve been taken advantage of as a teen by male predators. I’m slowly being turned off by sex and previous “kinks” I used to have. It’s starting to make me sick.
