If you've read a lot of redpill articles, how did redpill came about it's assertions about women and solipsism?

If we look at fictional characters in media, self centered "diva" type women is a type you see in ample amount. But that's fictional.

If you look at the researches that focused on prevalence of certain personality traits in men and women, there aren’t any traits that would be indicative of or related to solipsism which is more prevalent in women than men, either it's more prevalent in men or there is no difference.

So, where is all this "women are solipsistic" coming from? Like, what's the train of thought here?
