You've put into words something I've been thinking about recently. When I remember my ex, I remember the experiences. Music is very important for me and it's probably one of the easiest emotional triggers for me. When I listen to certain tracks I experience joy and desire to live, and I have many tracks I associate with my ex.

I thought it was me and her who created this. But after years, I started noticing that I have the same emotional experience with music even without my ex. Which made me think that it was me, it was me who was giving away this energy. It's still there every time I listen to music. I realize she was one of the few people (or the only) who I could share this experience with, which is a problem, but nevertheless, it was me who created this.

Out of curiosity, did you write this for yourself, or did you did you already reach the state you are talking about?

You don't give you love to her. You give her love, to her.

That's one of the most important misunderstood concepts.

If you believe that you give your love to her, then you try to be nice to her, to gain her approval, and you get rejected, because she cannot grab your love from your mind.

By doing the wrong thing, you reveal to her that you don't know how to make the right thing.

The right thing is to give her love, to her. To create feelings in her, to raise emotions, to make her horny.

Approach anxiety comes from fear of not being loved back. Comes from fear of not being worth of being loved. From the impossibility of convincing her into loving you.

Approach anxiety comes from the fear of needing to gain her approval.

Approach anxiety is pointless, because you don't need at all to ask for his love. You don't need to convince her of your worth.

You induce her love inside her. Is your work. Is what you give to her that she actually values. Is the work for which you approach her.

You don't need to be "his type". Don't need to be rich, don'y need to be tall, don't need to perform tricks. All you need to do is to be confident, keep your frame. You are men and that's enough. You don't need to make excuses for wanting sex. You are offering sex, not asking. You are the giver. You induce horniness on her (by Gunwitch method and RSD Max), you put emotion in your voice. you touch her and escalate physical contact. You pass the shit tests, you take her to your bed, and have sex. That way you give her feelings to her.

I can agree.

I have meditated for years now and gained quite the amount of control over my emotions. I recently noticed I can generate the experience of love within myself at will - full on, with butterflies in the stomach. I gained quite a lot a appreciation for being alive that way.

These things have been on my mind in some shape or form since discovering TRP, and maybe sometime before. Losing some illusions (e.g. the Divine Feminine) and making yourself a better man out of intrinsic motivation, truly changes our internal psychology for the better:

It's the game itself, the interactions, the "dance" you love about people. You appreciate how it is and don't sob about how it is not.
You are often intrinsically happy. You're in existence for these few decades to experience, savor, see, hear, feel, ... as much as you can.

At a certain point, you start to appreciate more emanating reality itself. Just how beautiful things are: nature, aspects of other people, interactions with people, existence...

You get some of that happiness back which you had in middle school: wide-eyed awe and joy for exciting things as well as contentment in relaxing moments. (Only without the strict regulations from school and parents.)
