It's happened many times where I have an idea for a tattoo, I get excited.

Then I wait about a month and realize that it's dumb.

I never got one in my early 20s because I wanted a nice one and I was always broke.

Not going to lie, at one point in time I heavily considered getting many tattoos because I knew that would make things easier in dating. I knew that tattoos would either be a positive or neutral effect.

I still think if guys want to maximize their chance of pussy, they should get a visible tattoo, it just works.

I changed a lot from high school to now, I don't really have strong feelings about my identity.

I don't feel the need to showcase who I am, even if there was a symbol that represented my identity I still wouldn't have that as a tattoo.

Then it struck me that people don't get tattoos to express themselves.

They get tattoos for vanity. They get tattoos because it looks cool.

Tattoos original function was to show your identity, you were in prison, you were in the military, you were in a gang. You are part of something bigger than yourself.

But now tattoos are vanity disguised as art.

I see tattoos now as childish.
