I was hoping to get some advice. I'm currently in Florida, which is a no fault state. However, I have been married for 9 year's, and I make significantly more than my wife... So I definitely have alimony exposure. We also have 2 young children, so child support will be there too.

Anyway, we recently tried a trial separation for about 2 months because frankly, I'm done. I've since moved back in, but the separation made me realize how happy I was to be out of the situation.

With that said... While we were separated, I actually browsed a few dating sites to see what was out there... Even paid for a few subscriptions with my credit card. I never met up with anyone, but had conversations and cancelled the subscriptions before doing anything stupid.

With that said, from what I understand, during the financial disclosure process, you have to give at least 3 months of bank and credit card statements, maybe more if requested. Though Florida is no fault, I believe adultery IS considered when determining alimony.

My question is, did I completely screw myself by signing up for dating sites prior to filing, even though it didn't result in adultery (technically, I can't prove it didn't)? Hopefully this makes sense... Any experience or advice would be appreciated.
