So sorry to hear that. Don't forget, you're fighting her and... All her support system. Usually toxic people are also fed by their toxic entourage. You stay safe as well, and talk to your lawyer.

Sorry, brother. That sucks. If it's unfounded/unproven accusations, I'm getting the feeling judges are catching on to this tactic. I'll state the obvious--assuming you have the proper attorney, follow their guidance. Keep us updated, please, so we can all learn. Hang tough.

My X filed 2 against me. Rule number 1 is do not cross the restraining order. Get a lawyer, document everything. Get letters from friends and associates that reinforce your side.

2 get a lawyer immediately. 3 zero contact.
