Even being on tinder while in a relationship is confusing. You’re downloading a dating/hookup app. What if she was on there shopping for other men? Could she get “fed up” by your rage too?

Nobody wins when a relationship ends, and I’m sorry for your discomfort, but what did you think was going to happen?!

You want advice, I may be the only one here offering what you need to hear: take responsibility for YOUR actions, take the time to determine why you felt the need to step out of your relationship, apologize again to that poor girl, and learn your lesson for next time.

It’s fine to be on Tinder. Just don’t do it when someone else believes they’re enough for you

You are being somewhat dismissive of the effects of what is likely the ultimate betrayal.

You screwed up but aren't happy that she isn't over it according to your timeline. Its clear you think this is no big deal. Obviously she thinks different.

I'm not giving her a pass if she's going way too far on it, but for her to be raging at you over an emotional affair seems like you may deserve it and she may be better off without you.

I'll support men going through divorce but I won't enable them or approve of their poor decisions.

First, I see an issue with empathy here. Cheating is a shocking event that would flip any spouse’s world upside down. Saying you “cannot deal with her rage anymore” makes me think you haven’t accepted the gravity of your actions and how it affects those that are closest to you. I don’t know all of the facts, but seeing a therapist would help. Be honest about everything and give yourself time to reflect on things and grow. We all make mistakes, but it’s how we grow from them that defines us.

I encourage anybody considering or going through divorce to get a good therapist. It's a roller coaster.

I'd also encourage getting a lawyer asap, before really taking any actions at all. The first thing they did was tell me what I could or couldn't do with money, living arrangements, etc etc. It's easy to make a mistake without knowing it.

You gotta stop Using the word cheated so you don’t slip up and say that at the wrong time. Start thinking more Like “ Were not getting any attention at home so started to fantasize about being noticed” nothing illegal or abnormal about fantasizing
