She doesn't work. She had a job then we got rear ended and it messed up her back so shes been out for a year. Shes always claimed she will never sign divorce papers with me or force me to pay child support. But idk. I'm 31 we've been together 9 years have 2 kids and this will be my 2nd divorce. I've supported her and her parents for the last 9 years. Her dad just passed 2 years ago but I still provide for her mom. I'm a disabled veteran so I only get so much money a month. But she doesn't work right now. Would it be easier to just try and find a cheap place to live by myself or keep the kids and kick her and her mom out?
