Had this footage not been discovered, it’s almost certain her husband would have been found guilty of abuse. #BelieveHer.

That guilty verdict would have been used to inflate statistics of how many women are abused by their partners and support calls for more legal support of women who claim to be abused and punishment for men who they accuse.

All this raises the question of how many completely innocent men have been found guilty purely on the word of their accuser?

Such filthy scum of a person knows that people will support and believe them without a doubt. Men need a mountain of evidence to prove themselves innocent. Even then it is not a guarantee they will not be shafted by the system or canceled by the SJW mob.

Most guys don't have $20,000 laying around to fund a decent lawyer in that situation (which she should absolutely have to pay him back for). And without the CCTV footage I don't think there can be much doubt that he'd have been wrongly convicted. Makes you wonder how many other cases were false accusations, especially as those convicted are used to inflate statistics to show how prevalent this is when that might not be the case at all.

The cops are a real problem, due to a combination of laziness and spinelessness. Years ago, they would not charge a guy if they got the sense the woman was lying or said anything inconsistent, but they wouldn't dare do this now. They'd screw over a thousand innocent men rather than say any woman is lying.

Good thing for this guy she was stupid enough not to see the CCTV camera up in the corner.

More needs to be made out of cases like this, to better use it as a defense. As it stands, judges and juries are too naive to consider that a "victim" might be lying about this, or had done it to herself.
