To be honest, there is much more that disproves "male privellege". One prime example, that I've noticed is that if a guy tries to improve his attractiveness, by say using shoe lifts, or a little foundation, he is instantly called "insecure". But if a woman has a boob job, cakes 5 pounds of make-up on her face, and wears 6-inch heels, society says, "Oh, she's just trying to beautify herself!". She's not insecure, but the guy is, for doing something similar.

Guess why? Society believes, perhaps subconsciously, in male genetic determinism aka that you should remain in your place in the male heirarchy, and if you try to "trick the kweeens", you are a moron. See the hypocrisy?

There's a whole lot to unpack here, but since my PhD is in suicide detection, I just want to dissect the first statement. Yes, men do die more of suicide, but women actually attempt suicide more than men do. Men are just better at doing it as they choose more violent ways with a higher chance of completion. On the other hand, women often resort to pills or poison, which gives them a higher chance of survival. Suicide attempts may not lead to deaths, but they're also a very serious issue which result in terrible mental and physical health problems. Treating suicidal behaviour as a male problem would be harmful to the cause- not just men need help with this.

Seems like the inmate stat wasn't a good example. If there's more male inmates that's just saying there's an abundance of male vs. female criminals. Yeah some people are wrongfully arrested but probably not most. Plus men and women are both privileged in their own ways. It would be great if the gender wars could stop. Unfortunately Women view men as disposable or as a means to an end. This is not women's fault, more so a ingrained feature of our evolutionary past.
The thing that I think upsets people most about feminism is that feminists want us to confront our social, cultural, and biological biases towards women, but refuse to admit that there are just as damaging, if not more so, biases towards men.
