High school girls admitted to targeting and falsely accusing a boy of sexual assault because they 'just don't like him'. Boy was fired from his job, forced to serve time in a juvenile detention facility, is now home-schooled and suffers psychological trauma. School officials just didn’t care.

I wish I weren't so straight, but the idea of sex with a man is about as attractive as the idea of sex with an old obese woman. It's simply not going to happen. I am fortunate though to have good men friends, both straight and gay.

I've said it before, i'll say it again-

It's ingrained through millions of years of evolution to be fearful alone at night. That's literally when our ancestors got eaten. Everybody is scared walking alone at night like jesus christ.

Being a woman is playing life on Easy mode.

Definitely. By far. It's really unfair how easy Women get it

[–]Dzintra___ -2 points-1 points0 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Yes, working + doing all housework is fun. As is always being told I should not be driving or taking politics class. As is being agreed my date will kill me.

Easy mode is being a sociopath and not giving a shit about people. If you care and try to do best for others, it's not going to be easy for any human, male or female. No normal person kills others and no normal person makes unjust accusations, and those who can lie well and do so always have life on easy no matter the gender.

[–]deepthroathamburger 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Why do you work and do all the housework? And who the hell is telling you not to drive or take a politics class?

[–]Dzintra___ 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Because I am a woman and it's conventional to, same does my female cousin, wife's of my boyfriend friends ( who boast about how they, men, always remain boys while females become old hags, which is true hard to be emotionally balanced next to immature life partners). Not to drive comes from my grandmother and godfather. Politics class from the teacher of said class. It's just all around. And in the end I feel guilty inside if my bf washes the dishes. Because I too believe it's my job in order to be a good girlfriend. Generations of conditioning, with everything on woman's shoulders because most men fell in war, intelligence were sent to Siberia and what was left quite often drank a lot.

[–]deepthroathamburger 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Ah my initial assumption was that you were from the US and I see I was wrong. I’m so sorry you have to put up with that.

[–]TC1851 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm really sorry about what you are going through. I imagine you are not from the West considering you are being forbidden from driving. Or you live in the west and are raised by people from eastern cultures.

I do not agree with traditional gender roles. My issue is that in the west women have been freed but men have not been. Men are still expected to be providers. Men are still expected to die in wars. Men are still expected to make the first move and initiate and pay for dates and give women the benefits of traditional gender roles.

I do not think the average women has to easy. After all, we all could deal with disease and poverty and evil people in our lives. What my experience has shown me is that in the west women on average have it easier, all else being equal

[–]Dzintra___ 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm not from real east. Woman can drive, but everyone in my family just assumed they should not. From my experience in east europe, at countryside there are less jobs for men so quite often woman are the providers of family, while doing the housework and men just drink. Living in cities, mostly it's polite to split the bill on first date. If all men refused to participate in wars there would be no wars, there is nothing females can do about that or average males, it's all in hands of political powers. More woman than man finish higher education and are way more likely to stick with job because family need money even if it's not a prestige job. I know a lot of woman who will be with any man who wants them, does not hit or abuse and can pay their own share of apartment and food, and all of them are well groomed, takes care of appearance and are ready to cook all the meals. No one expects well groomed from men, flowers or them being interested in organising dates. I am sure there are men with interests and ambitions where I live, but somehow I have met a particular immature types of men and know mostly their friends, who at 40 - 50 still acts like boys and basically their wife's are their mothers.

[–]BurgerBumhole -1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (57 children) | Copy Link

I agree the few false accusations that do happen ruin lives but in my opinion it’s being so publicized because in the past it was not recognized. Even now it can be a fight to be taken seriously. I’m not saying don’t investigate and examine the statement, the evidence etc. But take both the accuser/victim seriously and also the one being accused seriously as well.

Basically assumptions shouldn’t be made but they are because as a women I hear stories of emotional and physical abuse, sexual assault and rape from literal children to grown women all the time.

And if you really need facts they’re everywhere

The US site on sexual assault https://www.nsvrc.org/statistics

Nearly 1 in 5 women (18.3%) and 1 in 71 men (1.4%) in the United States have been raped at some time in their lives

Those are very different numbers based on gender.

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (56 children) | Copy Link

If you label absolutely everything as rape (which these studies do) then yeah, sure, 1 in 5. Seriously, they label shit like unwanted touching as rape in those studies.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (55 children) | Copy Link

Ok even if your right and they use any sexual assault as rape for these stats then it still means woman are effected a lot more. The stats on both men and women who don’t report sexual abuse is insane especially child abuse in early life so even if some are slightly wrong or inflated the are essentially correct. Also if you actually went to the website it has very specific stats on the level of sexual abuse.

Most female victims of completed rape (79.6%) experienced their first rape before the age of 25; 42.2% experienced their first completed rape before the age of 18 years.

More than one-quarter of male victims of completed rape (27.8%) experienced their first rape when they were 10 years of age or younger.”

Although pedophilia isn’t uncommon for young boys, young girls experience sexual abuse in fucking way to many forms usually starting very young usually as soon as puberty stats to hit. There are 8 year old girls being sexualized in public, by family, by friends...

[–]Modslovethecock 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (54 children) | Copy Link

You are once again quoting self-reported statistics where they are encouraged to label everything as rape. This is also done in an environment where women are empowered by opening up about any sort of experience and men are told the opposite. Im not saying that men are more effected by it, just that the studies you are refrencing are certifiably bad from a scientific and statistical standpoint.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (49 children) | Copy Link

Ok but the statistics are also on people who haven’t come forward or pressed charges. It is basically an educated guess but it is educated. I can see where your coming from but all major countries have a website and statistics on this. They are not all wrong.

Also It’s due to the patriarchy or toxic masculinity that men cannot come forward. I promise most women would sympathize and help a man struggling with sexual assault. It’s the patriarchal view that women are weak and should be protected that’s why women in general seem to be empowered while men seem to be the opposite because historically the men have been seen as big strong tough and could take care of themselves.

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (48 children) | Copy Link

Patriarchy theory is a crock of shit.

women in general seem to be empowered while men seem to be the opposite

This is because of the cancer that is modern day feminism actively discouraging any advancement for mens problems and labeling every woman a victim of some imagined patriarchal oppression.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (39 children) | Copy Link

So the history of men being in charge of every single thing has nothing to do with the shit show happening in the present?

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (38 children) | Copy Link

The world has always and will always be a shit show for everyone besides the super elite, the demographic of those at the top does not matter.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (37 children) | Copy Link

Yes do to policy’s and views of certain groups, the elite. Who have the elite been in the past?? Oh ya rich white men.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Men and women are both the victims of the patriachry

Feminism is a result of the patriarchy.

Feminism hurts you apparently.

If the patriarchy never existed,

Feminism wouldn’t be necessary

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

You're brain-washed.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Brain washed ya. At least I can pick apart both men’s rights activism and feminist activism you truly believe feminism is a hate group targeting men, when the men’s rights group was only created in action against feminism. Similar to all live matter or blue lives matter being created in action against the Black Lives Matter movement.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Some feminists are feminazis not gonna lie but most understand the goal of feminism is equality not take long a turn as the oppressor. Most feminist agree with some parts of men’s rights

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

The feminists at the top of the chain campaigned for stuff like the duluth model of domestic violence. Which states that only men can perpetrate violence. This has the effect of the woman always being the victim, even if she is the abuser. The movement is actively hurting mens rights to further female 'rights' and calling it 'striving for equality'. To them it is a zero sum game where in order to empower women they must actively go after men. Its cancerous.

[–]BurgerBumhole 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The Duluth model is definitely not true for the majority men. Can you not see that some women truly believe men are like that most likely because those are the encounters with men they’ve experienced. But what about feminists talking about women getting children in a divorce at higher rates due to bias? Or talking about male rape? Or advocation for inclusive bathrooms for trans women. These are actual feminists.

[–]Modslovethecock 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

These are actual feminists.

No True Scotsman fallacy.

Text of article:

When 21-year-old Christopher Precopia met with a recruiter to enlist in the U.S. Army in October, he was rejected because of the violent offense for which he had been charged last year. Precopia, of Williamson County, Tex., was arrested Sept. 22, 2017, after his ex-girlfriend told police that he’d broken into her home and assaulted her — using a box cutter to carve an “X” just below her neck, Texas ABC affiliate KVUE reported.

Except there was one problem: Precopia didn’t do it. In oral and written statements to police, his accuser detailed how Precopia had forced his way into her home, pushing her to the ground before punching her in the face and slicing her with the box cutter.

That was news to Precopia.

He was given minimal information when police took him into custody, according to defense attorney Rick Flores. When Precopia asked police why he was being arrested, Flores says police told his client, “Don’t act like you don’t know.” And when police said they had a warrant for his arrest in Bell County, Flores said Precopia’s response was: “Where is Bell County?” He was charged with burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit other crimes, a felony offense that carries the possibility of a life sentence. “I had no idea who accused me of this; I had no idea why everything was happening,” Precopia told KVUE. “I was constantly fearful as to what could happen the next day . . . I was going to sleep hoping I wouldn’t wake up, just to get away from it.” After he spent more than a day in jail, Precopia’s parents took out loans to post his $150,000 bond and pay for a lawyer in an effort to prove their son was innocent, Flores said.

As Precopia’s family worked to clear his name, his mother, Erin, realized she possessed a piece of evidence that could exonerate him: a selfie taken at 7:02 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. His accuser had told police that she was attacked by Precopia at 7:20 p.m. that same day in her Bell County home, nearly 70 miles away in Temple. Cellphone towers also helped pinpoint Precopia’s actual location, Flores said. “He was very fortunate that she chose a date and time that he just happened to have a rock-solid alibi for,” Flores said. “He and I have talked many times about how lucky he is, whether you believe in a higher power or good old-fashioned luck.”

If his accuser had claimed that the attack had taken place the day before or after, Flores said, his client’s only excuse would have been that he was sitting at home watching TV — a much less convincing alibi.

The charge was dropped on June 21 after Flores took the evidence to the Bell County District Attorney’s Office, he said. “We were able to corroborate the basis of what was presented to us, and in due course, we determined the proper action was to dismiss the charge, and that’s what we proceeded to do,” Bell County District Attorney Henry Garza said in an interview Thursday. Garza added that the Bell County Attorney’s Office will ultimately determine if charges will be made against Precopia’s accuser for making a false statement. KVUE reported Tuesday that Precopia’s accuser has not been charged with a crime.

The Temple Police Department did not return a call Thursday afternoon requesting comment on the case. Until the charge was dropped, Flores said Precopia and his family were terrified for his future. While they are not planning any civil action against the police department, Flores said the family is exploring a lawsuit against his accuser. His accuser told police that the two had a “troubled” relationship in high school, which she cited as the reason she reported that Precopia assaulted her, according to KVUE. Flores said he had not spoken with the accuser and could not comment on this allegation. “His entire family had trouble sleeping at night, wondering what was going to happen, if anyone would believe them, if there would be a trial, prison time or a life sentence,” Flores said, adding he doesn’t blame police for taking action on the accuser’s allegations.

“We’re more upset with this person that blatantly made up a lie and got him in this mess to begin with,” he said. Even though Precopia’s name was cleared, he and his family now wonder how the accusation will affect him moving forward. “While [his family] is happy it ended up with a dismissal, and that it will be expunged from his record, the damage is kind of done,” Flores said. “Nothing will ever be completely scrubbed from the Internet." Flores pointed to Precopia’s encounter with the Army recruiter as “a small example of how this will follow him around forever.” He added that Precopia’s application to enlist is “currently being reviewed by someone higher up at the U.S. Army.”

-Michael Brice-Saddler, Washington Post

Tl;dr: Woman accused man of breaking into her home and cutting an “X” onto her throat with a box cutter. He gets arrested. Parents take out 150k in loans for bail, mom realizes she has a selfie proving he was with them 70 miles away from crazy woman the night of the alleged incident. They are working on pressing charges against her for false accusations. Man denied entrance to military due to accusations, admission now under review.

I remember this story! I know one thing that made it obvious he didn't do it. The x carved into her skin wasn't forced, it was too clean and shallow to indicate any kind of struggle.

It sucks this lie against him is still following him through his record.

And yet his accuser gets to go throughout life free of the fear of losing job opportunities due to lying and wasting the polices time and ruining this guy's record.

Holy shit!

Let this be a lesson to us all:

Take selfies 3+ times a day (just do it at your meals) and upload that shit to the cloud, or a hard drive, and/or just leave it on your phone (even better if you have the space).

Good lord - the asinine things we gotta go though just to not get screwed.

Jesus... that's horrible. I'm sorry to hear you're going through that.

That's really hard to fight, too, because it's simply a he-said-she-said situation, especially one wherein sex is a common and expected act.

I hope justice is properly served in your case.

And society still wonders why men are going their own way

[+]Untimely_manners1 points 5 years ago* [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

Where I live I am on a few dating FB pages. They are flooded with women complaining why can't they find decent men. They also post telling men not to message or approach them at events and post any messages they get and Tinder messages and surprised men won't approach them anymore

[–]Jakeybaby125 43 points44 points45 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

These women and logic do not mix. To the ladies reading this comment, notice how I'm saying these women and not women in general. I know NAWALT. Just these batshit crazy harpies are

[+]jake898zo -14 points-13 points-12 points 5 years ago* (19 children) | Copy Link

tbh going your own way ( mgtow ) is just not an solution and your messing out on relationships there are bad and good women just like there is bad and good men

edit : i think this isnt the solution because running away isnt really a solution there will always be men that are willing to date you should defend you rights to the point we are equal and fix this double standard thats what women did since the 60s

edit 2 : i was talking about old feminists who actually wanted equality now its more about supremacy

[–]Jakeybaby125 26 points27 points28 points 5 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

It is a solution for many men who have been screwed over. What exactly would we be missing out on with relationships? What benefit does having a partner have over anything else?

[–]Nicoloks 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Shared life experience for one. Each to their own, but MGTOW is the eqivilent if putting your head in the sand if your intent is to avoid false incrimination. Case in point, the guy in this article was not in a relationship with the accuser. Simply being known by these manipulate sociopaths is sufficient with today's laws and societal gender bias for men to have their life devestated (and the lives of those that care about them).

Having said that, there is nothing wrong with choosing the single life. I just wouldn't be doing it for the express reason of dodging the crazies.

[–]Jakeybaby125 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You can get that same shared life experience with friends and siblings if you have any. In what way is MGTOW putting your head in the sand? I think it's a perfectly rational reaction to what's been going on for decades now which has only been brought to light by the MeToo movement

[–]Nicoloks -4 points-3 points-2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Which is why I said each to their own. Friends and siblings are usually extremely important and fruitful relationships, they do not afford the closeness of building a closely bound life together or having and raising your own children. Relationships with friends and family are not lesser because of this, just different. If you don't value that sort of thing, single life is absolutely a good choice. Certainly has some significant advantages if you are one to really value your own space.

Just like I said, going MGTOW simply to avoid the crazies and the possibility of false incrimination is putting your head in the sand. In this respect it offers you no protection. Crazy people do crazy things, it does not solve in any way shape or form the fact females are able to sling serious mud at an innocent man and have it stick.

[–]jake898zo -3 points-2 points-1 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

YES thats what i wanted to say in the comments above but my English isnt the best you said it all

[–]GoblinLoveChild 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

to be honest partnering with my wife and raising children is the single most rewarding thing i have ever experienced. Theres a lot of shit in this world but that little gem outshines it all by far.

As others have commented. Its all about the people. you can never and should never judge the entire mass by the actions of the few. Otherwise we are just as bad as teh feminazais

[+]jake898zo1 points 5 years ago* [recovered] (7 children) | Copy Link

What benefit does having a partner have over anything else?

alot actually having a relation ship can be very fulfilling its hard to find an actual good person today but they definitely exists also i know the argument behind mgtow is mostly women are cheating according to some studies 56% of men cheats and 54% of women cheats 24 % of married men cheats and 14% of married women

90% of rape cases actually results in nothing and lots of rapists gets away with rape ( just like most girls who fake rape accusations get away with it ) so should women stop dating men ? no

i think some ideas like mgtow isnt a solution since you have to encounter women daily they are around 50% of the population and they can cause you some problems no matter what if you encountered bad women

btw i respect you opinion its just an argument do what ever bring you happiness

[–]Jakeybaby125 9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

I asked for benefits of having a partner, not the statistics for cheating or rape cases. Even so, addressing your point, those statistics come from quite outdated studies. Nowadays, women cheat more than men and false rape accusations have increased quite a lot

[–]jake898zo -3 points-2 points-1 points 5 years ago* (5 children) | Copy Link

yeah i know but i dont think really women cheat more than men https://ifstudies.org/blog/who-cheats-more-the-demographics-of-cheating-in-america which is actually one of the biggest arguments for mgtow that women cheats more and its false

i said having a relation ship can be very fulfilling and my argument is that women have problems ( i think its less than what men deal with tho ) but they dont say lets just stop dating also because you said its the solution

[–]Jakeybaby125 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Fair enough. I still wouldn't trust u woman I was in a relationship with not to cheat on me though

In what way? What can I get from a relationship that I can't get from anything else?

[–]jake898zo 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

you shouldn't really trust any one people in general are selfish this goes for women too

'' What can I get from a relationship that I can't get from anything else? '' this really varies from a person to another for me i would like to have a loyal loving partner some people wants a family etc i cant really tell

but i agree with mgtow in one thing and that's you should NEVER get married divorce in the US and the western world is very oppressive towards men

[–]Jakeybaby125 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

True. I can't even trust myself sometimes lmao

Tbh, the only reason why I would really want a partner is for kids if I can't do it through a surrogate

And yet people constantly deny it and say 'It'S a SiDe EfFeCt Of ThE pAtRiAcHy'

[–]jake898zo 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]Ahielia 12 points13 points14 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

thats what women did since the 60s

You mean they were fighting for supremacy. Feminism was never about equality.

[–]jake898zo 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

it was before thats what i meant now its supremacy

[–]Werwet10 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Dls95405 8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

LOL, we're not running away from anything. We're productively living life on our own terms, not a financial and emotional leech's terms. And nobody gives a shit about what men in general think, feel or experience, so organizing like women since the 60's did is pointless. The only thing women are willing to hear from men are those things that make women feel good.

[–]jake898zo 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

i met women who actually think men have problems too they are also common to find like i saw many of twitter but unfourantely the majority of women and men think women are oppressed

tbh i feel like this is begging to be sexist

[–]laptopdragon 28 points29 points30 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

her punishment/sentence should be 10x worse because it was out of malice to frame an innocent person.

That is worse than a tit for tat back and forth, you pinch me, I slap you, escalation. Which would incur equal punishment/sentences yet her making false claims on innocent men using unfair and sexist laws against innocent people should be a multiplier of the punishment.

Especially since she brewed and concocted the scenario to make herself a victim while she is the perpetrator. She is a grown psychopath and deserves the hell she creates.

Those who support her and give her a pussypass should also be examined for similar behaviors.

[–]Newbosterone 69 points70 points71 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]xxrelentless 9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I never understood how messed up the system is until it happened to myself , my sons mother accused me of assault . Despite all proof showing otherwise I lost custody , upon entering family court the judge said he had no intention of listening to me despite getting my criminal charges dropped . I feel awful for women who are in abusive situations but it feels gross being seen as something your not.

[+]FatGimp1 points 5 years ago [recovered] (4 children) | Copy Link

Man, I just watched this shitty tv show on Aussie ABC about Incels. They ties Peteraon into it with MRAs and MGTOWs. With no real understanding of the difference of them, and then said the Christchurch shooter is part of the groups because he posts on 4chan. It was really disheartening, because it all felt like a massive big stretch between all. It was very feminist biased with no real level discourse. And I can bet if you were to bring up this and similar cases you would be chastised.

[–]Milktoast770 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'd expect nothing less from the ABC. The worst part is, I have to pay tax to support their garbage.

[–]FatGimp 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I actually like the ABC, unfortunately not The Drum. It's just too feminist and I've never heard them talk about men's issues.

[–]Mugin 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, that is what they do with everything that isnt PC. They will search for any tiny simularity or overlap with something most people think of as bad and then mash it all together to try and taint it. Sadly this works pretty well as people are very often poorly informed and gullible when it comes to listening to activist-journalists.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The ABC is full of feminists creating propaganda like you just described. Take it as a good sign that they are scared of men's movements gaining traction.

What they don't realise is that MGTOW cuts feminist's narcissistic supply.

[–]blueXcat 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My fiancé was accused of rape by a colleague. She said at first that it was consensual but he ghosted her, and then changed story because she would also be guilty of having sex on the job

She chose 2 times (when confronted about the 1st one not making sense, she said she mixed up 2 days) when he was at a meeting with supervisors and directors

He was lucky

[–]urdilldough 8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Today i was banned from the feminism sub reddit. I dont believe i was impolite and was coming from the point of view that i wanted to understand what real feminists stand for and think.

I basically learned they don't stand for much and sure aren't willing to have discussions. They was an echo chamber they can all sit in and listen to their bullshit.

Fuck ever trying to be emotionally attached to a woman and fuck whoever banned me for the "informativity sidecar". What does that mean?

Women are completely intolerant of any male views and are going around with a chip on their shoulder trying to give us "a taste of our own medicine".

Equality my arse.

The problem is falsely accusing someone of a felony is itself a misdemeanor. This is like making a parking ticket a $5 fine when every pay lot is $20.

My partners brother is going through something similar to this.

She attacked him after he broke up with her in April. He defended himself, and the cops came and arrested him. Due to prior drug convictions, the prosecutor is wanting him to go to prison for 3 years. Hes been clean for years at that point, and is fighting it. Of course, nothing happened to the former blonde beauty queen that attacked HIM.

Oh, and he finally broke up with her a month ago. 🙄🙄🙄
