Equal opportunities. The notion of equal outcomes is ridiculous as it removes the idea of personal choice and independent decisions. Nothing will be 50/50 split or the same. It is mathematically improbable that a 50/50 split is happening without deliberate intervention preventing someone else from a job.

Equity imo. It's for everyone to get what they need instead of everybody getting the same thing. People like equality better than equity but equity would also be a step in the right direction, even if not ideal.

A push towards either would greatly benefit men compared to how things are right now.
