In either this article or another similar on by cnn they go on to say that the 28% is really closer to 11% because 17% is attributed to different jobs and the amount of hours worked. It’s why media and stats shouldn’t be taken as fact. They use 28% because it fits the large wage gap agenda. I’d also like to think most people male or female would prefer living through “emotional trauma” to death.
