I was lurking around /r/infographics and found [this wonderful guide to cooking/storing/substituting] (https://imgur.com/a/G1XZ2). I thought some of you gorgeous ladies/gentlemen would find it helpful. I see a lot of cooking questions here and wanted to post it. I am unsure who the original author is, or perhaps it may be a compilation, but it is very helpful (please PM me or cite so I may give credit to the person or people).

Among the tips are how to plan food amount for a party, substitutions, choosing the right knife blade, making basic soups, storing food and herbs, when fruits/vegetables/herbs are in season and cooking times, pasta cheat sheet, meat cuts and marination times...and so on. Hope this helps!
