Edit / Update:

Thank you all for your replies! Forgive me for not responding, I forgot the password for this throwaway until now! I knew to come here rather than r/deadbedrooms because as one kind RPW pointed out, this community focuses on fixing the self first before blaming somebody else for a relationship issue as DB seems to do. (also their definition of a DB is 10 times a year or less, so.....)

To answer some questions for those who took time to reply (if anyone even reads this anymore), we are both out of shape and I don't forget about this fact when I think about his LL. We've talked about it but as you know, there's nothing I can do to change somebody else or make them eat better. He does get stressed out by work, but has a regular work week of 40 hours so I don't feel like I'm expecting too much. I think a job that suits him better would really reduce his stress. We do have one child but after she goes to bed for the night, we have the time for ourselves.

He truly does have a messed up stomach and digestive system. He knows what his triggers are (fatty foods, cheese, etc.. the obvious) but just can't resist his old habits.

We did talk recently about his attitude towards sex and he knows how I feel about it.. it seems like he's working on trying to sex me more, so we'll see.

Original Post:

We only have sex 4 to 5 times a month, or maybe once every 10 days. He knows I would love to more often but he always says he feels sick with his stomach issues. This gets me upset because his stomach issues are a result of his extremely poor eating habits that he continues to indulge in regardless of the effects on his health (and our sex life for that matter). I hate feeling like a bitch for being upset about his sickness, but he's not exactly trying to fix it. Besides that, he's been like this for years (not caring to have sex as much as i want to). All I read about on red pill subs is how much the men are wanting sex, and I just wish that was my problem. I never see the situation flipped. What can I do?
