Agreed. I'd pay $20k for foreskin restoration surgery
So would I, if it was close enough to the original. People pay more that that to make their tits and their asses bigger. I'm not trying to be something I'm not, I just want to be what I was, and still should be.
if somebody whose foreskin was entirely amputated can stretch their penile tissue enough to get back full glans coverage, a guy whose foreskin is a little tight can easily loosen it up without amputation. there is no such thing as a legitimate reason for circumcision.
mutilating your genitals because you've been brainwashed to believe the creator of the universe will punish you if you don't is not a legitimate reason, either.
do you think it's legitimate to remove the clitoris of women raised in strict islamic households, too?
have you ever heard anyone ever say that a woman had to be circumcised for medical reasons?
it's legitimate that maybe a man might need some part of his penis removed due to an accident or cancer or gangrene, but it's complete bullshit to call that medically necessary surgery by the same name as a religious ritual.
Maybe you brother didnt have his foreskin removed. Thats the correct way its done in the UK for a tight foreskin etc. They just snip it on one side and let it just fall back but not cut it off.

there are zero legitimate reasons to get a circumcision. banning it outright is the goal.

and i'm telling you that if women never need to be circumcised for medical reasons, men don't either.
how about calling it partial penile amputation? and how about only removing the minimum amount of flesh that's actually medically indicated?

the american academy of pediatrics calls it "amputation of the foreskin".
https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/pediatrics/103/3/686.full.pdf
reconstruction isn't really an appropriate term for the removal of tissue.
