Feminists think that "accusation = guilt" is true for this crime only. For rape only is this principle true, its special. But for every other crime, murder or robbery, evidence is needed, especially when a woman gets accused of it. Rape is the only crime in which a conviction ought to result from an accusation.

Because women lack the DNA for lying about rape. They just don't have it. It's impossible for a woman to point a finger at someone and say "he raped me," unless he was factually guilty of it. Instead, if she points the finger at some random goofball, her DNA would kick in and she'd say "he ruh-ruh-ruh.... he ruh-ruh-ruh.. he ruh-ruh-rrrrrrROBBED me!" in a display reminiscent of Jim Carreyesque buffoonery.

Feminists own rape, you know. It's their private property, theirs to keep. It's their issue, you can't steal it.

Actually... Yes, it happens like that all the time. If someone were to steal $50 off you and gamble it away, and you have no proof they did so, then they wont get prosecuted... Thats how law works

It's a really damn difficult issue to tackle and unfortunately their bias is causing the culture to swing in a way where more of what they hate happens. I can't even imagine being as vulnerable as a women is when alone with a man bigger and stronger who does that shit. Often times no proof is gonna be presented because it's really hard to find evidence. Most rapists unfortunately probably don't pay for their crimes. But going all the other way and believe anyone is the wrong approach. That could be your son one day. It's one of those things where I think culture has the biggest impact, not law. How do we fix this shit? How do we make these women understand that letting men be actual men is healthier and better for both parties? It takes generations to grow up in a different world to again get used to a world where men and women both are strong, because right now we certainly aren't. We are all spoiled by the world strong men and women from 50 years ago left for us.

And yes, typically if theres no evidence, you can't prove a crime. Its innocent until proven guilty. Otherwise its just a case of he said she said and has about as much weight as children saying 'did too, did not'

Also the robbery comparison is stupid, theres always a trail in something like that, unless you're some kinda professional.

I think what she meant was that if a rape occurred, and there was no DNA or witness to prove it, that would be unfair not being able to go to the police and report it.

It's like, say, your mother was murderer in the street, you know there was no witness and no DNA involved. Would you not go to the police or would you report it still ?

Unless you're a woman. We all saw how quickly Rose McGowan changed her tune the second her friend Asia was accused of sexual assault. Now all of a sudden she wants to wait until the full story is out. Funny, before when her career was falling apart, and she needed a scapegoat, she didn't give a shit about the full story. Just more reasons to treat women like children, since that's how they want to act.

I don't think they're saying particularly outrageous things, they're just saying that crimes can be committed without evidences and that evidences for things such as rape are mostly non existent.
