This is not just a Men's Rights Issue, this is relationship problem. This woman is unconfident, which explains the "No Females Friends", and controlling - all of it.

She is either scared of infidelity which means she experienced this somehow, and from a past that applauded this level of control. This is immoral and wrong, I wouldn't be surprised if she is abusive.

Single guys are a lot more focused on finding women. If anything, I’d say that being surrounded by that would increase the chances of him cheating on her.

Then again, I guess he’s not even allowed to go out without her, so none of it really matters.

I'd say to her. Add-Leave immediately before I add more rules. And, "I will give you as much sex, meals, wifi, netflix and cable tv." Don't add those rules at all, but if you must, at least make it an almost fair trade, and I'd say this to husbands too, if you're intent on controlling their spouse, make a way to have them approve of the control, and I mean a fair exchange in the eyes of the partner being "controlled", GASLIGHTING DOESN'T COUNT!
