It's (purported) equality of outcome. If you want e.g. 50% of people on boards to be women, you need to be sexist against men. Ergo, sexism is equality when equality is outcome.

If you're then brainwashed to believe that the only reason that most of the board members were men to begin with is due to sexism against women, then you can begin to comprehend their mindset.

True, but that will never happen so the best way to get rid of “feeling” laws is to make them go both ways. If feeling laws go both ways than they are useless. For example at work I saw a black man play his race card “feeling law” at a white women and she defended herself by playing her gender card “feeling” law against him and that was the end of it. Now if a white man was involved he would have been toast because he has no card “feeling law” to play but if he did you can see how feeling laws become worthless. If everyone can play a card than no one has a card. Or stated differently if everyone is royalty than no one is royalty. So amending “civil rights” to include white males would effectively end government sponsored racism.
