Yes there is a way to prevent that. It's just that the American people with their demonic justice/court system and government don't give a damn. They make formed these places in a way for people to get sexually violated. They made these places that way and could care less.
Also, as a biological male a transwoman should not go where the women are, that's common sense.

No, transwomen being males are not "rapey" and inherently rapists. Of course not. I was not implying that. Not all men are. Also those types of people can be men or women.
I was implying that American men and women, in their hypocrisy and dishonesty, pretend as if the transwoman is a woman and have the person go to where women are locked up.
They just play the "I'm not a bigot and transphobe" card and play along into the person's identity. A 'transman' would never have been put in where the men are.

I was not implying that one gender will harm the other and it makes no difference to me if men and women were housed together or at least seperated in the same building. But if they were housed together, then surely things would go wrong.
I said transmen would not be put in where the men are, to show how hypocritical those who agree with a transwomen being where the women go, are. In their minds, yes, they would think that the transman would be attacked, degraded, etc. They wouldn't in their false sense of good, put a transman where the men are, but would easily have a transwoman go where the women are, and in the case in this post, women were violated.

This is a legit question. I'm not sure, but I think it is more speaking to a double standard of prison rape.
When men are raped in prison, it doesn't make news. So why is it making news when it happens to be women being raped? That sounds harsh, but it is a polemic question meant to truly ask: why isn't it news when men are being raped? Or more specifically, why is it a running joke? I mean... children' cartoons literally make prison rape jokes.
But yeah... this seems out of place here, but MRA is a genders studies sub as well, so what happens in these instances can apply to men in other instances.

You have a great point here. The 'extraordinary' element is likely why it get headlines. Dog bite man: not news. Man bites dog: news.
The sad thing is that SO many men get raped in prison, and it is an epidemic on a daily basis, and instead of this issue being news, it is a joke to most people.
The flip side of this, though, is that the perception is that women get raped, so a man being raped should be the 'extraordnary' story in that context, but in prison people laugh it off and say "Well... they deserve it. They're in prison. They obviously did something wrong. They should have thought about that before breaking the law."
However, when it happens to female prisoners, nobody says "Haha... they should have thought about that before breaking a law. Let's make jokes about in kids cartoons."
That is literally how male rape in prison is treated by society and it is sad.
