Remember there are two types of sex: Transactional and Attractional.

Attractional sex is where the woman fucks you based on pure primal attraction

Transacation sex is where she fucks you expecting to gain from it.

If she knows you are a doctor she will switch up her sexual strategy on you from attractional to transactional. Every time. She will use the fact you are a doctor as her reasoning to try and get what she can out of you. You shouldn't date chicks with LTR as the goal especially since you're at the beginning of your red pill journey. Otherwise you'll get in an ltr think "this ones not like the others" throw out all the logic and then she'll dump you and you'll be back here saying "you guys were right".

You don't attract an LTR; you find them through putting in work and meeting lots of women.
Otherwise, your career doesn't necessarily help you get LTRs and I could even see it making the process more difficult.

I think you should mention it. In my experience just having your shit together and not coming off as totally desperate makes you stand out from 99% of the other guys online.

Online dating can be tough, but including that will expand your market, abundance mentality.

You'll have to filter out the gold diggers some other way.
