This may not go here, but I suffered from csa from family members when I was a toddler, and went to a local crisis center as a 22 yr old to get support. In retrospect, 10 years later, that place was full of women who hated men. It was the most sexist shit on the fucking planet. Those counselors can suck it.

Tennessee... you definitely lead the way in being behind the times.

I would suggest all men in this situation spontaneously showing up at a police station or local help center asking for help at the same time. When denied, just sit on the floor in an orderly line, waiting to be served by the government they pay taxes to.

Alternatively, I would show up at a female facility and claim to be in transition.

Didn’t they force all shelters to accept all people or lose their funding under the Gender Equality Duty created under The Equality Act of 2006? Did they walk that back or is this about semantics? There’s no shelter specifically for men because there’s no gender specific shelter anymore?

Erin Did receive support including Financial support from Rock bands such as The Who, Stuart Copeland of The Police, Spike Milligan the comedian ..... Millionaire Businessmen would hand over cheques and buildings like confetti ..... and yet Men and Children received not a single penny.

The World's First Refuge For Battered Men, Opened 1974, RIP 1974 and 44 years later Sadiq Kahn can't show the respect for a Minutes Silence. He's too busy running about looking good to figure out how to do The Right Thing.
