If feels so great beating the odds and coming out with a fair judgement. 2 months ago I was falsely accused of sexual misconduct on university grounds and just today I was notified of the decision to uphold the original decision of not responsible. At the beginning, I was very nervous that my college career was going to be torn apart because of a woman's self-righteousness, and my "un-protected status as a male". The investigation and hearing were conducted very in-depth and fairly and I was pleased. There seems to be hope in the most unexpected places such as educational institutions!

Edit: without going into details it was a matter of consent. Non-penetration. We did do the things we both testified doing, but she lied about the important details of consent. There was Definateky regret, but regret AFTER does not equal LACK OF CONSENT.
