They call it "sex" 5 times in the article, and refer to it as an "inappropriate relationship" three times while emphasizing how "remorseful" and "apologetic" she is and for some reason "it’s highly doubtful she will have any trouble with the law again."

She was getting a kid high and then fucking him. This is rape, I wish they would just say that instead of "sexual assault." I'm glad they're treating it seriously enough that she's facing 20 years but I find it doubtful her sentence will be that long.

Why do you want consensual sex to be called rape? Sure it was inappropriate, given their relationship, but she didn't force anyone to have sex with her.
