Perhaps a more accurate title would be, "PwC confirms, yet again, that the gender pay gap doesn't exist".

As in: the forensic accountants sent in to trawl through the BBC's records and look for evidence of a gender pay gap, found none. The same as all the previous times when someone went looking for evidence of a gender pay gap.

An audit on pay and diversity of presenters, correspondents and on-air talent at the BBC has found “no evidence of gender bias in pay decision-making”.

However, it identified a number of issues in relation to pay “which have resulted in anomalies” that auditors said need addressing.

These included:

Too many pay decisions being made at local levels because of the absence of clear pay frameworks.
A lack of clarity and openness about the basis for pay decisions because of the absence of pay ranges for on-air roles.
A slower rate of pay progression for both men and women over the past decade because of a period of significant pay restraint.

It's not that it doesn't exist. It does. It's just that the reason for it was becuase feminists weren't doing the calculations correctly before running to the world with their data.

So we got accusations of "sexism" instead of legitimate conversations about how men and women work differently in different environments and for a number of different reasons that are highly variable.

Some good news for men's rights being proven right today, with a few feminist mythbusting stories being published, and this is one of them!

The other is how the UK is reviewing most of its rape cases as it has had to publicly APOLOGISE to a male who was accused of rape. The police force has previously REFUSED to use social media posts of so called rape victims which PROVED they WILLINGLY slept with or boasted about being with the male they later accused.

Now they've had to admit they should have submitted this as evidence that would hurt the women's cases.

Throw in the fact that the Grammy's viewing figures show that all the feminist trash politics they shoved down viewers throats resulted in them getting the LOWEST viewing figures they had for nearly TEN YEARS!

Is the tide beginning to finally turn? Are people finally getting sick of bullshit feminism and the cry wolf nature of feminists?

People at the BBC get paid far too much anyway, I'd like them to cut more salaries, so the talent goes elsewhere to places that will pay for the name and experience, leave the chaff and regressive cry babies at the BBC, hopefully that license fee can be reduced then eliminated

This is another example of the left eating itself. I hope this results in the downfall of the BBC. The men who have their pay cut will just walk over the road to Sky and be put on even higher salaries. You don't go around solving equality by tearing people down you raise people up.

If the women are being paid less look at their qualifications and experience. If there is a short fall compared to their male counter parts get them trained up and then once on even footing in terms of qualifications and productivity then offer them the same salary. The same approach should be done for men earning less than women.

Pay gaps can be down to hundreds of factors, to just oversimplify it to just gender is moronic.

When this all started with the journalist who quit (think it was Carrie Gracie) because she got paid less it really annoyed me.

Firstly, because there was no clarification about the other factors that could be involved in why she was apparently being paid less. These could be things like length of service, willingness to work unsociable hours, negotiation of salary and actual on air time.

All this woman leaving accomplished was to prove that she left for practically no reason.
