I hope no one is expecting to actually learn any real business skills or, god forbid, actually turn a profit based on what they learn in this course:

Each week of the course will focus on a different topic. Students will start with “getting grounded,” and will eventually progress into more advanced topics such as “the myth of meritocracy,” the “stages of birthing a business,” and “toppling the patriarchy.”

Completely unsurprising:

The $1,200 class was developed by Jennifer Armbrust, an artist who graduated from Evergreen State University with a degree in critical theory.

This could easily be a parody of feminism, but it's real:

Coined by Armbrust, the “feminine economy” refers to a vision of business that shuns traditional capitalism.

“If capitalism is an economy that values masculine traits, what could another economy look like?” asks Armbrust, arguing that the traditional economy is based on masculine traits such as “individualism” and “speed and efficiency.”

These traits, Armbrust claims, should be shunned in favor of more feminine ones, such as “mindfulness,” “gratitude,” and “generosity” — all traits that can help promote the “redistribution of money and power.”

At least she admits that her course is utter nonsense:

The only faculty member of this school appears to be Armbrust, who does not appear to have any direct business experience, but did take a few business classes at Portland Community College. She concedes that her program will not teach any direct business skills, such as bookkeeping or legal knowledge, but suggests that she may offer such a course in the future. Currently, the Feminist Business School only offers one course, and does not appear to be accredited.

Individualism is masculine?

Please explain why both Fascism and Marxism were both invented by men, the entire history of all their significant theorists is male-dominated, and in practice both ideologies adopted strongly hypermasculine aesthetics? Collectivism is pretty damn hypermacho too... moreso than liberal Capitalism actually, since liberal Capitalism is all about acquiring material comforts and luxuries so one can indulge oneself, soothe one's pain, and enjoy a life of earthly pleasure. Not very macho and not very Spartan now is it?

Please explain why the manliest institution on the planet - the military - is brutally focused on crafting collective identities that subsume individuals into a greater whole. Not very individualistic now, is it?

Please explain why so many men worship team sports... again, collective identity subsuming the individual into the many. I don't see much individualism there.

If individualism is masculine, why is traditional masculinity so collectivist, so prescriptive, so dependent on social reinforcement and collective identity?

If individualism is masculine, why are libertarians typically nerdy economists (speaking as a nerdy libertarian economist myself, I do not intend this as an insult)? Looking over the canon of libertarian thinkers I don't see a single pussy-crushing Chad in the bunch, even if Joseph Schumpeter bragged about being "the greatest lover in Vienna". Oh, and not to mention the fact that probably the most strident individualist who contributed the most to radicalizing individualists within the last 70 years was a woman (specifically Ayn Rand).

If actually-existing-capitalism is an epiphenomenon of individualistic masculinity, how does one explain the preponderance of corporate firms rather than sole proprietorships? And if men are individualistic but women are collectivistic, why are women consistently lacking in the upper echelons of the corporate world?

This entire thesis, and this entire 'Feminist Business School,' is preposterous beyond belief.

She's just using the jargon to rope in people that are easy slaves to ideology. The way she categorizes certain terms as "masculine" and "feminine" is just way off. She saw an ideological money trend to jump on and she took the opportunity.
