Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

"We are encouraged to see women as the victims and men as mean aggressors but that's just not my experience. There are horrible men in the world, but there are just as many horrible women. "

Yes.

And that just about invalidates feminism on every single level. They see one male rapist, blame all men. Ignore female rapists. We say; there's good people and bad people. And bad women as well as bad men. Stop ignoring facts and scapegoating men. Because when you do in the face of such an avalanche of proof that says otherwise, you just reveal yourself to be a man hating, idiotic whinger.

I'm a bisexual girl. I had a few relationships with men, and a relationship with a girl (as well as some sexual and dating experience with girls).

I was lied to and abused, both emotionally and psychologically, by the girl. Today my personal stance is: men are for love and sex, girls for sex only.

I can tell you that the majority of lesbian and bisexual girls act with other girls in similar ways they do with men. They never take an initiative, they never offer something out of just kindness or love, they do constant psychological terrorism. At the point that a couple of girls could stare into space an entire evening, with both waiting for some attention by the other one and refusing to be the first offering some attention.

Certain behaviours are rooted in a lot of girls' personalities so deep they could act those way even with their pets.

EDIT: I'll add more deatils I wrote to anser a reply:

The girl i had a relationship with had a boyfriend when she started flirting with me.

She was the one who made the first move, she was talking to me about how he made her miserable, and that she was going to break up with him. Then she told me she broke up with him, and we started being together. After five months, I was keep asking her why she didn't want me to visit her when she was in her hometown (she was a student in my city, we spent time together every day, but every now and then she traveled back to visit her family), and I found out she never actually said anything to her boyfriend and she kept being with him too.

I obviously freaked out, and she didn't want to take any responsability, she said it was his fault, that she didn't want to make him sad and shit. I got more angry, and she started accusing me of being an asshole, saying that she was the victim, that she was in a difficult situation and I had to understand her and be sad for her if I loved her.

Luckily we were talking over the phone or I would have smashed her face in.

But in general, a lot of girls demand special treatments just because they are girls, you maybe think this would change when they interact with another girl, but most times it doesn't.

I'm an aggressive type, and I like take initiative, but a few times, after a date, I decided: I want to see if she cares enough to do one single move. So I didn't call them, and they didn't either, of course. After some days, when I decided to accept it and called them, they were angry because I didn't call earlier... how helpless is that?

And this is a basic attitude they bring even in more serious situations. A lot of girls demand attentions and special treatments without earning them or giving something back, just because they are girsl. And, let me fucking tell his: they do it even when they are way less hot than me, so it's not a matter of being cute. It's simply... I'm a girl so I learnt the world will bow before me no matter what! And that's so rooted in they don't change their attitude with other girls either.

Exceptions exist, obviously (I like to think I'm one, after all), but why should I waste energies looking for the exceptions when I can play it safe and be even happier taking the D? :P

I'm just sad for you guys.

they do constant psychological terrorism.

Based on the rates of abuse in Lesbian relationships, that doesn't surprise me in the slightest

[–]Rethgil 8 points9 points10 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women in general are by far the greatest numbers of psychological abusers in relationships of all kinds. Now, the law was recently changed to accommodate this in the UK. Bit you won't see ANY prosecutions, ANY police investigating any alleged cases, and you won't read ANY news about such accusations in the media. Why?

Because its a women's world we now live in. And a pretty shitty, chaotic, snarky, falling apart one it is too. Well done women.

Wow, you're even angrier than most of us are! :D

Seriously, sorry to hear about your partner's infidelity though.

I'm a girl so I learnt to world will bow before me no matter what!

I sure know what you mean there though. The other day I bumped shoulders with a teenage girl walking along the pavement. I couldn't avoid her, because her and her two pals were walking side-by-side, taking up the whole width of the pavement, and (I guess) she was too busy talking to notice me and step out of the way. When I complained, she said, "you bumped into me!" I thought, no, we bumped into each other, because you didn't step aside to let me pass, and I had nowhere to go... But there's no point arguing, because if someone sees you having an argument with some teenage girls, you might find yourself in trouble with the police. One might say it's just teenagers being teenagers, but I've never had that problem with teenage boys. Actually, when guys see me coming they tend to get out of the way, but I suspect some women tend to not to even notice you at all, because they are too busy talking or shopping.

Edit: mind you, having said all that, I find men are just as bad as being distracted by their 'phones when walking.

I can. My ex. Domestic abuser. What a surprise, she got violent with her pets sometimes too. Can you explain why you seem so keen to dismiss this commonly known fact ?

[–]double-happiness 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

Can you explain why you seem so keen to dismiss this commonly known fact ?

What are you on about? I'm not "dismissing" anything!! I was simply taken aback at what the person i was replying to said, and hoped to hear some specific examples, so I could get an idea what that would look like in practice... Jesus, don't jump down my throat just because I'm surprised at something and ask for more info.

It wasn't even "violence" that was mentioned in the context, which would obviously be fairly common with pets, but rather "constant psychological terrorism", so I was just like, 'how does that work with an animal?" I never dismissed a thing.

[–]Rethgil 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well in the UK the definition is clear and its also known among MRA supporters. Its also a sensitive subject. I didn't 'jump down your throat'-i asked a reasonable question.

You asked a question on a sensitive subject despite self evident information.

I asked a question not related to sensitive issues.

Sorry that bothers you.

It drives me nuts when, given all the different options and protection we offer women for any form of abuse, we still offer so little for men when it comes to emotional, social or physical abuse from women. All of it is just excused because "girls will be girls", where women are just considered this untouchable upper class by everyone that men just has to learn to deal with or be labelled a women-hater.

They can lie, slander, insult, belittle, humiliate and denigrate, and people make excuses for them. They can destroy men's lives, and do it with the full support of their peers and government, and then move on to happier and richer lives while their victims are left in the dirt heading straight towards depression or ruin, or in more extreme cases suicide.

They don't have to take any action or any accountability for their actions or inactions, because it's always a man's fault. They can laugh at men, or call them creeps and losers, when those men have to deal with any form of confidence issue, anxiety and inexperience with women, despite never really having to approach anyone or deal with the type of disdain, indifference and vitriol women can have towards men in their rejection themselves.

I have always joked about how easier my life would have been had I not been exclusively heterosexual, because even as a straight-men, I have been treated with more respect and kindness from gay men than I have ever been from straight women.

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Actually, as I pointed out answering to another reply, it's the main part of the problem in my opinion.

I can tell you for sure that for a girl being a little self-centered is inevitable (except for ugly girls maybe) because as a girl you live constantly showered with attentions (yeah, don't listen to feminists, being a girl is not that hard at all. I mean, being a human being is not a joke in itself, but being a female tend to make it easier) and rarely men tell you that you did something wrong (unless it's serious), that's even more true when you are a teenageer, and that's when you really start building your personality, so a lot of girls learn to become selfish bitches.

To be honest, you guys have some responsability in it, if you would learn to not turn a blind eye to girls mistakes, that could help.

Than been said, I didn't want to make you guys lose even more hope in my gender. It makes me sad. Good girls exist, don't give up.

[–]Rethgil 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I can sum up most of your well made points in one sentence.

Being a modern women is like being a princess

They face no responsibility. They get free everything. Hurting their feels is almost breaking the law in most countries now (rape accusers 'must be believed' /not giving them free access to your wages as a husband is legally a form of 'domestic abuse', etc).

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've noticed that "fragile male tears" is something that has been popular to say lately. Stereotyping is not one-sided, yet we hear women being called out of the kitchen while men are told to remain in the army.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I've been in a loving relationship with a woman after her periods ended a few years ago. Before that it was a roller coaster. I could never be sure whether she was going to hit me or love me. But I have always thought that it's the way women are and if you want have family you just have to endure. And this is true.

[–]Ragnrok 17 points18 points19 points 9 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Take this from a guy who's had his heart kicked in the balls more times than anyone deserves; while there are a lot of women out there who seem to think that getting into a relationship means getting a new emotional chew toy, there are still plenty of caring ones who just want to love and be loved.

[–]EricAllonde 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Thank you. This is a fascinating comment, it stirs an odd mix of emotions in me. On the one hand, I'm intrigued by the insights you provide, but at the same time the news that you bring us is very disheartening.

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Ow, that makes me sad.

I didn't want to make you guys lose even more hope in our gender. I hate feminism cause of that, it's alienating men with us. Good girls exist, don't lose hope, I just wanted to point out that the bitches are becoming always easier to be spotted.

[–]EricAllonde 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

On a lighter note, I feel a bit like the guy who was debating with his wife whether it's possible to feel happy and sad simultaneously.

Taking the position that feeling both emotions at once was impossible, the guy challenged his wife: "I bet you can't say something that makes me feel happy and sad at the same time".

She thought for a minute and replied, "You have a bigger dick than all your friends".

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

LOL Good analogy XD

I'm an aggressive type, and I like take initiative, but a few times, after a date, I decided: I want to see if she cares enough to do one single move. So I didn't call them, and they didn't either, of course.

I can relate to this. My second girlfriend was a year older than me, dated her in high school so my senior year she was in college. She pretty much ghosted me all the time. I would text her, she'd read it and not respond until hours later when I texted her again. A couple times I decided to test her by waiting for her to text me first. She didn't until 2-3 days had passed. Felt like my heart was literally tearing itself apart, there was a very real pain in my chest.

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

She didn't until 2-3 days had passed.

Damn... that's just being totally self-centered and unaware of other people perceptions, and it's typical of so many girls.

I gotta admit it, I tend to be egocentric sometime and people has to point it out, but when I notice I feel bad and try to make up to it. What really disgusts me are these bitches who hurt people and don't give a fuck.

Sadly, for a girl being a little self-centered is inevitable (except for ugly girls maybe) because as a girl you live constantly showered with attentions (yeah, don't listen to feminists, being a girl is not that hard at all. you guys have some responsability in it, if you would learn to not turn a blind eye to girl mistakes, that could help.

I agree. It's been a few years since I broke up with her, so I've moved on and learned from it.

The problem is, unfortunately, the fact that feminism has become so pervasive in the media and minds of the masses that men have grown incapable of handling women who act up. Women being unfaithful, self-centered, arrogant--they're often defended as "strong and independent". Then political correctness and ideas like "toxic masculinity" lead men to believe it's wrong to criticize these behaviors. Therefore the lies spread by feminism result in emasculated men who feel they have no choice but to be walked over.

It's because of this that I support such groups like TheRedPill and MGTOW. While I don't agree with all of their ideas, they provide an opportunity for men to reclaim themselves.

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Therefore the lies spread by feminism result in emasculated men who feel they have no choice but to be walked over.

Sadly, yes. That's happening, I'm dealing everyday with men who flirt with me while being scared of saying something too far, even when I encourage them to do so they admit they fear possible repercussions, and that's another reason why I hate feminism. Let me be honest: misoginy can be fucking hot.

It's because of this that I support such groups like TheRedPill and MGTOW. While I don't agree with all of their ideas, they provide an opportunity for men to reclaim themselves.

To be honest, I think that MGTOW is not an healthy reaction to the problem, at all, and I believe there are some degrees of denial in their attitude.

About the red pill, I apprecciate the concept, but some of them bluntly act like fanatics, and that's never good. And while I can tell you that many of their strategies make sense and work on a woman, I've dealt with some of them, and often they look fake, they try really hard to show me that I have no power over them, at the point they can look robotic to a smart girl. I mean, I know you want to fuck me! And... in a couple of occasions I was okay with it! So why are you putting on such a show! Peacocking that hard is not so manly as they think! XD That been said, not all bakers can really bake, I believe that for a guy with some confidence, who can take and use their concept in a way that work for him, it can be good, yes. For others it could become a cult which brings no much joy.

[–]AiAmDreamer 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

often they look fake, they try really hard to show me that I have no power over them, at the point they can look robotic to a smart girl.

You address perfectly some of my issues with both groups. MGTOW is a great concept, and the "going your own way" is actually an essential part for complete success in life. Most people don't understand the necessity for being independent of society's influence to achieve well-rounded success. Yet while they bring up plenty of concerns regarding modern women, I draw the line with regards to their approaches(or lack thereof?), such as the insistence on disregarding ALL women.

Then, as you said, many of the red pill members seem fake. Much of the group seems to have developed more as a PUA scene rather than a self-improvement group where lost guys can finally gain a true man's mindset, with a side benefit of finally knowing how to get women.

Perhaps the red pill has always placed its focus on the women, but I was under the understanding that it was to help you build a successful mindset which women will find naturally attractive. Not this embodiment of PUA ideals.

Perhaps the best tactic(in my opinion) would be to observe both groups and consider their ideas with a grain of salt. Adopt the traits you like the most. That sort of deal.

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

such as the insistence on disregarding ALL women.

Exactly.

If an heterosexual man tells me that he reached the conclusion that all women are selfish bitches, and even those who seem nice will end up for act like whiny asshles in a relationship, making them miserable.

I feel sad, but I can't totally blame them, I blame my gender more,, because I know a lot of girls give many reason to believe that, and as a girl I can even try to make them change their mind.

But if an heterosexual man tells me that no matter what, he understood that women suck, and he doesn't care about them, because even the perfect woman wouldn't make him happier than he is alone... then that's sick denial which harms society. And a lot MGTOW express this second opinion.

finally gain a true man's mindset, with a side benefit of finally knowing how to get women.

I like you. I'm happy when a man is totally aware of how things really work.

I always found PUAs extremely funny, even if some of their strategies make sense and they are aware of certain aspects of a woman point of view, they often tend to degenerate into a farce.

You are right, if you manage to build true confidence, that's the hottest thing for a woman, while if you put much effort into following a script, that's not confident at all.

I can tell you that the majority of lesbian and bisexual girls act with other girls in similar ways they do with men.

I get on better with lesbians than heterosexual women as a rule. It's partially because lesbians are no threat to me but another element is that lesbians know what it's like to co-exist with a woman. I've met quite a few lesbians over the years who are actually quite sympathetic to mens' issues. As a general rule they have a life trajectory that is more akin to that of men than to heterosexual women.

Saving this. I assume you're trying to buck the trends you've described above?

I didn't want to do some virtue signaling talking about how I behave, but if you want an answer: No, i would not say I need to try, I'm just not like that. I'm submissive by nature and kind with the people I like. I love to support, and serve the man I love in the most feminine way I can. I've always loved being a girl and I don't envy men one bit. On the other hand I'm submissive but not passive, I like to take initiative and put an effort to surprise and receive approval, because I love to feel special, and that's a weakness that can be exploited, and a lot of women are pros when it can to exploite.

[–]CountVonVague 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

i thought you already said you're the aggressive type?

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I said I was aggressive cause I take iniative:

I'm an aggressive type, and I like take initiative

and that's what I said even here:

I'm submissive but not passive, I like to take initiative

That's what I meant. I'm italian and my english is far from perfect. I wanted to say that I'm not passive, so I said aggressive, meaning I like to take initiative and to surprise, being provocative and bold (with both men and women). I didn't mean aggressive as angry or violent, i'm not at all. What's the better way to say what i meant? The dictionary isn't helping, naughty? It seems too slutty. Tease? It seems for when you DON'T really take iniziative. That's the right way to say it? I don't know.

Assertive?

[–]Rabid_Pink_Princess 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes! I never used that word actually, and the definition i read sounds right, thank you. :)

I'm really sorry that happened to you, but you do realize that some guys cheat as well right?

Although you diacrimption of your relationship would go aways to explaining the infameous lesbian bed death.

Feminists complain about street harassment and all this stuff without realizing and understanding that making things happen has almost entirely been dumped on men's shoulders.

People act like women are more romantic, bullshit, women are consumers of romance, men as a rule are the producers of romance. Exceptions obviously exist.

I can't tell you how many times I had a girl say this to me

"I'm so use to getting my way I didn't even know I was doing anything wrong"

Honestly as men we have to demand respect, not take crap, 9 times out of 10 women will respect you for it, but it is something you will have to endure because so many white knights and man that are so thirsty will ruin it

This isn't something that men should have to take by force. Basic human decency or empathy should be the default. Teach women to appreciate, respect or even just empower men in their lives, rather than teaching men what they need to do to earn the respect of sociopaths.

[–]FastFourierTerraform 6 points7 points8 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I mean, isn't that a huge part of Warren Ferrell's whole argument? There's this whole set of rights and privileges that society gives women, simply for existing. A woman's life is inherently more valuable, or else we wouldn't remark that 5 out of 20 victims of the latest and greatest tragedy were women, for example. If a woman has it rough, or is unhappy, the impetus is on SOCIETY to fix it. Never mind the fact that men have abysmal options for sexual health, there are female cashiers as Hobby Lobby who aren't getting their birth control, for free! Oh, they're not being denied it, it's just not FREE. Welcome to the club, ladies, where if you want something, you have to buy it.

As a general trend, women tend go through life just getting things, and then they can't figure out what's going on when they get put in a situation (management positions, anyone?) where they're competing against men who have had to fight for everything they have. "But... he interrupted me!" Well yeah, this guy had to get noticed and beat out 20 other men for his position and you got yours because you were the only person who applied for your woman-only quota position. Who do you think is in a better position to deal with a competitive environment?

Teach women to appreciate, respect or even just empower men in their lives, rather than teaching men what they need to do to earn the respect of sociopaths.

That sounds like some serious indoctrination shit. I hate to sound all red pill, but not only does that not get you anything tangible, it also doesn't get you any respect. You've got a laudable goal, but don't hold your breath. We would basically need to de-institutionalize everything that implies women are inherently more valuable than men, AND there would need to be some significant shifts in the sexual marketplace (like a huge MGTOW movement) before it would be in women's best interest to simply respect men as human beings.

[–]Taylor1391 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Small correction, the Hobby Lobby thing wasn't about getting birth control for free. It's about getting it covered by their insurance, which they pay for, and which, thanks to the ACA, they are literally forced under penalty of law to have. Huge difference.

'In my view I signed on to be a boyfriend not a bodyguard, and I don't think it's my place to go calling out and punching down people in my girlfriend's life that I'm not happy with,' he said.

This. I wish more men had such basic self-respect.

The Huffington Post, that is probably the most sexist media outlet, even more so than the Guardian, every now and then manages to surprise me. Why wasn't there a misandrist spin - or didn't I read the article carefully enough?

[–]double-happiness 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because they're not at all thinking about it from the point of view of 'equality for men', or 'men's issues'. They're thinking about it from the point of view of LGBT issues, bi-erasure, homophobia, etc. That's my guess, anyway.

I don't get it. This article seems to suggest that male sexuality is lacking until it becomes more like women's and that women have diverse views when they actually just make stuff up.

Ha! Compare and contrast the behaviour of gay men in groups and that of lesbian women in groups, and I think you get a clear example of how diverse male and female sexuality really are. Though it is only an anecdotal account, see for instance here. It would be interesting to look up and contrast the stats on promiscuity and risky sexual behaviours in gay men and gay women.

I don't see how this article is relevant

The one I posted is talking about how women are less tolerant of bisexual men than they are of their own bisexuality, while the DM one is talking about how society in general, and the LGBT community specifically, is less tolerant of bisexual men.

[–]Taylor1391 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Bisexual men are definitely less tolerated than bisexual women but bisexuality is pretty well discriminated against by both heterosexuals and the LGT part of LGBT.

Bisexuals and transpeople are particularly good eyes through which to observe the world.

A man who realised he liked both genders when he was 19, says that it was only by dating men was he able to see what true equality means in a relationship.

Apparently if you didn't take the red pill, only the "purple headed suppository" can wake you up.
