The driver was angry and swearing before the women even got there and then he immediately started to scream at them. There were better ways to handle this. He doesn't seem like a very pleasant person.

she definitely had an attitude, but he canceled the trip ~~after waiting less than a minute~~ (actually I have no idea how long he was waiting, because I don't think the video starts when he pulled up) ... besides, I've driven for Uber before. sometimes the GPS messes up and has you stop in the wrong place, in this case he couldn't get to the actual stop because there was heavy traffic. She shouldn't have acted like that when she got in, but he should have called them to say where he was and at least feign an apology that he couldn't get closer. he really wasn't doing a good job. And then he drove away after having called the police, this guy is just as dumb as she is.

She was ignorant and rude, but her friend didn't deserve to be talked to like that, also, he escalated the situation. If he'd told her to get out, without cursing, the situation probably wouldn't have gone as far. I'm not excusing her behavior, I'm simply saying that sometimes you have to mitigate an aggressive, time wasting situation.
