No evidence of intent? Who the fuck are you, Comey? She lied about a doctor performing an exam. I would say her intent, was to fucking lie about the exam... Besides the point, where is your common sense? Completely gone? Why are defending these actions? Not only did she lie, but the article is making her into a agency-less child not responsible for her own decisions and choices in life. That infantilizes women to no end. Read the article, they talk about her like she is a twelve year old.

Guys, this article, and this person commenting above, are the reason you need to be recording interactions with women at all times. Even when they fuck you over and make blatant false accusations that can ruin your career, put you in jail, and generally just fuck your shit up, they will be seen as the victims, and basically childeren who can't be held responsible for their decisions in life. If this doctor put up a sign that said interactions are privately recorded for quality assurance and for the safety of all patients, he would have been fine. The last hospital I worked in recorded exams all the time because it was a training hospital. People didn't care at all. The only way you will be believed, and be 100℅ in the clear from these crazies, is to record. There are plenty of easy to use aps that will do this for you. I use voice recorder when talking to my ex wife and it has saved me on four different occasions now. It's like she forgets every time we meet that I record. Also, check your state laws, some of them have stuff pertaining to the legalities of recording people.

Are you really that thick that you don't see intent? What would prove intent in that case? The person blatantly admitting they have an agenda and lied to get them in trouble? I'm sure you would have the same opinions if the genders were reversed right? A female doctor doing this to a man would probably be a different story, right?

What actions? The woman complained to the NHS which then sat on it for a year before contacting the police. We know how unreliable human memory is after that kind of time period.

I'm gonna fuck your argument to hell on this now, because it is pretty obvious you didn't read any of this. I like how you skipped all the stuff I covered, and picked out the most semantic bs you could find. Anyways, they didn't have any problem putting him in jail with no evidence, it was done on her word. So, they can put him in jail without evidence, but to get out and be seen as innocent, he needs evidenxe? That's backwards, you realize that, right? So much for innocent until proven guilty. He was assumed guilty from the start. Which is a perfect example of the crap guys deal with in these types of cases. Seriously, this person is like a little kid who couldn't handle getting a routine exam at a hospital.

You aren't a person who deals I'm evidence, because then you would agree he should have never been charged in the first place, much less found guilty and sent to jail. You have no problem with that, but hold the fucking horses, you demand evidence to show the allegation was false and even go so far as to say you need to prove intent. Which is garbage after having looked at the laws pertaining to it. Intent isn't mentioned. Where are you even getting that? He also has been barred from practicing medicine since 2013, again, with zero evidence and on the word of what appears to be an adult child who can't be held responsible for her actions.

Good men getting charged is ruining rape and sexual assault credibility. Not an imaginary rape culture and asking for proof in court that the event happened, instead of taking it on the word of a childish teen. When almost every public, high profile, sexual assault and rape occurrence are PROVEN false like the rolling stone BS, men are going to start asking questions. You know there are police department statistics that show about half of all rape charges are born from spite, revenge, and malice?

You demand evidence from him to show she is making a false allegation, but never consider having evidence in the first place to charge the guy. You really can't see the hypocrisy? If it was about evidence, he would have never gone to jail or lost his medical license. It was all done on the word of, again, what appears to be an adult child who can't keep her story straight. Sorry, people with a brain don't forget major events in a year. Especially when it has been written down and documented. The jury cleared him in under two hours. Wonder why it was so hard to clear him the first time around? I know, because there is systematic oppression against men in cases involving anything sex. She is sweet and innocent, he is an evil rapist. Evidence be damned, put him away!

Oh, so you are on to making logical fallacies now... Like, saying I don't understand law, and therefore my argument is wrong. I know how it works, he wasn't proven to have done anything wrong. So why did he lose his license, and end up in jail? I understand the ruling shows that nothing was proven either way. However, the guy is a staunch Buddhist, and the jury didn't even take two hours to decide he was not guilty. But ya know, I don't understand the difference between not guilty and innocent...

You especially keep skipping where I am asking how he was deemed guilty to start, and needed to repeal the decision. Obviously there wasn't evidence showing he did this and it was done on her word. That is the issue we address here, because it has a direct effect on men. You don't want to talk about that though, or you would be.

I'm done here. You are cherry picking tiny parts of what I'm saying, arguing semantics, and skipping over every other point I make in an attempt to doninate the conversation. Going to jail based on what an immature person, who can't even remember what happened a year before says in court, with zero proof it actually happened. That is unfair, but you can't comprehend that, because it happened to a guy. So, you dont really care about him not being able to provide for his family, or being away from his kid.

I'm curious, would you admit she made a false allegation if there was more evidence. Or, do you admit that false accusations are actually a big problem for guys and women should be punished when PROVEN to have made one?

She didn't know I was gay at the time. Though the moment they told her I was she withdrew her complaint, i.e. she was always perfectly aware that I had never shown even the slightest bit of interest in her.

I was a staff member. She was a student formerly in one of the courses I looked after, though also claiming to tutor on one of those courses for student support services. I never found out whether that was true or not. She lied about lots of other things and the university refused to ever confirm or deny it.

My sexuality was no business of hers. To me she just was just one of a number of annoying female students flirting at me in my office who I would complain about to an uncaring supervisor.

Though after learning that I was gay and writing a bizarre confession letter claiming that she had always known, she faked a series of death rape threat emails and tried to claim that we had been in a relationship for a domestic violence order.

Crazy is a spectacular thing.
