The more power we take away from women the better.

The sexbot + Male contraceptive pill will be a massive tilt of the scales back into male favor.

Beta and Omegas can get their sex bots, and be MGTOW's which will leave a much bigger pool of women for the rest of us.

The male pill means there is zero chance we can be "cock trapped" by women and men can choose the best females to have kids with, which means that women will start either competing and improving or they'll just go out and buy cats and sex toys.

People will often point out that sex with a robot 10 will never be as good as sex with a real 7. And they are correct. The problem is that an ever growing percentage of men do not have access to sex with 7's, or 6's, 5's or 4's for that matter.

Given that many men have already surrendered to a life of porn and video games, it seems likely that things like sexbots and the Occulus Rift will pull even more out of the dating pool. Hot chicks will continue to have it good, but the party is about to be over for average chicks with bad attitudes.

Would the creation of the sex bot finally destroy the foundations of modern feminism?

I suspect porn and Oculus Rift will do more than enough damage to destroy feminism's foundations. I expect feminism as we know it to collapse 1-2 decades before we get to the point of a realistic sex bot.

Porn is nothing but a shot across the bow, a harbinger of what is to come in the next few decades. As sex simulation technology improves, the point on the SMV bell curve at which men actively choose the simulation over the woman will keep rising until eventually only the top men are still in the game.

Right now, porn is a crude enough simulation that only the gammas and omegas are actively choosing it over trying to pursue women. As the simulations improve, expect to see more and more betas make the same choice.

Keep in mind, too, the difference between the male and the female bell curves. Given that a man at the 70% mark is almost as sexually invisible to women as a man at the 10% mark, every new improvement to the simulation will move another huge chunk of men into the simu-sexual camp.

I can only speak for myself but probably 80% or more of the pleasure from sex for me is ego-related and managing to "land" a robot (or hooker these days) in bed just doesn't do it for me.

Here's how I see it... but honestly, a lot of this is already happening right now.

As with this generation of men, the future generation will also be very independent and not need women for traditional roles. A woman is not "needed" in life by a man unless he wants a mother for his children.
With the price of sex crashing through the floor, any time spent with women is now based 100% on actual and immediate enjoyment. Nobody sees any need to try to seduce, game, court, etc. Women who desire a man's time now need to adjust to market changes.
Women realize that good (i.e. upstanding, professional) men can now have their choice if they want to raise children traditionally. However, given how society in East Asia and the West is going to shit, this is an attractive option to fewer and fewer good men.
Women who want babies but failed to find a husband GTOW -- sperm clinics, alpha fux, etc.
These bastard children then become the cornerstone of the next generation's prison population, enlisted military, and lower classes.
Those who were cognizant enough to form a traditional, strategic bond of two aware, mutually-respectful, high smv individuals for the purpose of starting a family form the next generation's upper-class and elite.
Because the numbers are so lopsided, the bastard criminals and underclasses are able to exterminate the middle and upper classes in what is heralded by the left as "the manifestation of racial and social justice", and society completely collapses into a world not unlike that portrayed in the movie "Idiocracy".

I don't see how it'll make a big difference in gender dynamics in the immediate future (at least to be relevant to people our age). The costs of quality bots are likely to stay prohibitive for a while. The average household right now can barely afford a fucking roomba.

Besides that, there's already internet porn and prostitution.

That being said, I love AI. It's something that I definitely see myself contributing to, either through money/investment or retiring from corporate US and shifting back into academia. This is definitely something I hope gets more attention.

Sex drive is doing its thing to promote technology. The internet already owes a lot to porn demand. So there's a positive spin on the rising number of angry, frustrated people in developing countries. Controlled demand breeds innovation.

I think a lot of people here are underestimating how far technology will come in about 30-40 years. We may have a pretty convincing virtual reality/robotics sex simulation by then. Have you seen the robotics work DARPA and Boston Dynamics are doing? The future is near. If we don't blow ourselves up/die of global warming.
