Yes, the problem with misandric feminism isn't that it's hurtful to men and boys; that it's sexist and outright wrong...but that it's bad for feminism. Color me surprised by the gynocentrism.

It's not about Feminism alone. Women often just learn to look down on men when they follow (women's) media and speak with each other. Some of them, especially when young, think that the dismissive discourse is more universally accepted than it really is. They carry on with it in social media and perhaps even in their work lives and when speaking with men.

Feminists take advantage of this and other misandrist cultural phenomena. Of course they also strengthen it and try to find new ways of utilizing it. The more people hate or despise men, the better off they think women are. That's a huge mistake, perhaps their biggest.
