Some men have these fantasies and act on it in, raping their daughters.

Other men have them and do nothing, their love for their daughters far too great to risk on lust.

Others have such desires and their daughters share it and they have sex. Not a good idea, but as long as their adults, its they're business.

Other men have ugly daughters.

Other men still fantasize about fictional daughters for the taboo thrill (the most harmless verison, nothing wrong with that)

But most men likely do not have these fantasies.

And all this is equally true of Mothers and sons.
