Not according to the book of Luke.

Luke 1:38 - “I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her.

Think what you want about Christianity but Christians believe that Mary accepted becoming pregnant with Jesus beforehand as shown above. It doesn't do anyone any good to misrepresent peoples positions.
