I personally think that if rape alligations are proven, without a doubt, to be false. The person making the false claim should be sentenced to at least half of what the alleged attacker would have received and be put on a sex offender registry.

As someone who actually was raped, women like her REALLY piss me off. Rape should never be something you use to get attention. It's humiliating and follows you through the rest of your life. It's not a joke, it's not an excuse, it's horrible. She's the type of woman I hope finds these things out. I don't care how cruel that is, she and other women like her need to experience their lie.

CCTV from the Last Post and a nearby off-licence showed no sign of Samuels at the time she claimed to be there, and the friends she claimed she was with on the evening were found not to exist.

I'm not trying to troll or be provocative here, but I'm really curious as to whether or not fat girls get raped that often. To me it seems like in most cases rapists want to assault someone quickly and easily and then leave. With larger women it seems like just physically that would be tougher to do.

Look at it this way, at least the police was doing their jobs. Most the time (esp here in the USA) unless there are inconsistencies (if even then), the man is screwed. and most of the time when caught the women only get a slap on the wrist, where 20 months is harsh for a parent without her children, then she will have to fight to get them back, which means cleaning up her act even more. I hope the actual father(s) get a crack at winning their children back from her because of this (if their smart and want them back)
