Hot chick here. I do not want to be a porn star or stripper. Both are way over-rated and glamorized. Both are very dangerous (STD's and injuries and stalkers?) and backbreaking (headstand splits hanging from a pole upsideown for five measly dollars which you have to parcel out to the bar staff? NO THANK YOU.) I've seen this waay to much btw, I tried it (stripping not porn though) and honestly I've done asphalt work its easier and better money. Yes that's right, laying concrete and asphalt is easier than stripping, and I would also guess, easier than porn too. Yes, I've had to take ibruprofin when I did masonry, scaffolding etc, but honestly, having done anal and knowing myself, I'd not be able to handle the work a porn star needs to do. I'd rather put down tar for 10 hour shifts in 90 degree heat for 30+ an hour (with pension and bennies.) I prefer regular old independent whoring and that's what I do. I would argue that unless a professional tumblr victim has had to flee to a domestic violence shelter themselves, NOT ONE SJW who has any kind of fame, has volunteered in soup kitchen, went door to door, read to abused children, campaigned against for-profit prisons or provided hospice care for poor elderly women. Yes, yes, yes. Please for the love of god, do not consider the most vocal idiots on facebook to be truly for women's equality. I too encounter this all the fucking time. For example, there are two women I know. One I like and one I hate. The one I like is similar to me. Her own parents disowned her for her personal beliefs, and she has been living on her own since 17. She is a stripper actually, but she already owns her own house. She started her own business, but she has no lack of humility about herself. She has gotten attacked, physically attacked, on her way home from work for example, but she still goes back to work and she NEVER posted about it on facebook. Now this other chick, she's a proffessional victim as you say and big in the performance community I am sort of a part of. I stopped being her friend after without my knowledge she USED ME for a fucked up "social experiment" of hers, without my knowledge, which she then made public on facebook as an "example" of the patriarchy. I never felt so slimed before in my life. Not only that, but the experiment was COMPLETELY BS and laughable. Also, this B***** is a complete hypocrite. She will siddle up to people, and be super nice and friendly, but if you even utter a word that she merely THINKS is rude, or against her personal beliefs of social justice (re ANYTHING) she will BURN YOU, LITERALLY, PUBLICLLY and PERSONALLY. Not only that but she will spill all your secrets. She also used a friend of mine who is a kind yet depressive male, whom she thinks she "owns" because he is so obviously desperate for his attention. I watched her order him around and it made me sick. Thankfully, I have successfully pulled him away from her, but he still clearly has a complex going on and is severely depressed. He keeps trying to "baby" me and I fucking won't have it, because I can see this is exactly how this B***** liked to be treated. (Besides being "babied" - i.e. waited on hand and foot and concerned over every little thing...never ever has sat well with me. It feels too invasive...which is how I would say I'm not very feminine in that way, I like my privacy and to be given the benefit of the doubt that I'm okay..hell, I like to be allowed not to talk about everything.) You are fighting the good fight, however I would simply caution that people who are like this are like bombs. They can and will attempt to ruin you if you give them a chance. Irregardless, the louder they are, the more BS they are really spouting, and it is THEY THEMSELVES who are toxic people. People who don't speak up are generally the most victimized and/or experienced real suffering. I know vets and real mentally ill people both male and female, people who really suffer from PTSD (like myself) are more often unable to express themselves, and if they have any intelligence, they know that you don't fucking mess around with calling fire when there is no fire. Seriously, take whatever they complain about and assume it's what they are doing and they're just upset other people have the "audacity" to do it. And ask yourself if that's accurate. It's accurate 80-90% of the time. It's the privileged accusing you of being privileged, it's the people constantly pushing their own "micro aggressions" that are always talking about micro aggressions, etc etc etc.

The last woman I saw on facebook loudly declaring that "the victim is NEVER at fault" was a woman who had stayed with some people hosting, tried to bully her way into staying at their house the whole week rather than just the weekend, depended on other people for rides (like me) then told them that asking that we just have some relaxing time in the car without anyone talking was "oppressing" her - to the person (me) who was giving her free rides around and was tired of her non-stop 30 minutes of complaining. There were several other things as well.

Undoubtedly when our host dropped her off at the event and refused to let her come back she told everyone she was "victimized" or something and that none of that was her fault. Well, our host was being a little rude, but it was her behavior, taking advantage free riding on people, and her ignoring repeated direct warnings that caused her situation - not "because she was a woman" or something like that.

What kind of person grows up into adulthood and doesn't know this?

The kind of person who uses terms that try to make it sound like they're helping everyone, but in reality they're only helping themselves at the cost of everyone else.

Look at historically who uses social justice terms. You find both groups of genuinely moral people - Martin Luther King Jr, Ghandi.

And you also find a large number of groups that came to power and violated their subjects worse than the people they overthrew. Most of the terms used by feminism come from Communism, the same "social movement" that brought Stalin to power. Hitler also talked about Germans being oppressed by a vast worldwide consipiracy - he just blamed the Jews rather than "men".

To judge a group that uses these terms, you have to watch what they actually do, not just what they claim they're doing. You get both wonderful well meaning people, and narcissist power hungry jerks.

Jesus you don't get it. Don't listen to anything before she says "And this is my rant". Everything before that is a setup of why she feels passionately about women being victims. The rant is about anita sarkeesian, being a fake victim while using that victim card for help - and then denying help to any other women that are victims. In anita sarkeesian's world, she's the only victim (and all other women) and she's a victim because trolls on the internet said BIG MEAN THINGS TO HER (and other women) and she used all of this and drummed up more controversy in order to gain attention and money for videos and projects that talk about how much of a victim she is (and other women) are.

She's mad at her because she is using the victim card falsely, and doing damage to the cause of feminism. She talks about her own friend being raped to explain why she is calling bullshit on the victim card. She also explains that it is not just her friend, but ANYONE who is an ACTUAL victim who seeks support from THE GREAT FEMINIST WOMENS RIGHT ADVOCATE AND VCITIM EXTRAORDINAIRE ANITA SARKEESIAN, they get absolute SILENCE. Not a "sorry for your situation" not a retweet, nothing. Complete cold shoulder to the people she claims to be protecting.

She's mad about a lot of things, but you can't seem to get past a point that she's not even making...

What you're saying is the equivalent of claiming a holocaust victim getting mad at a holocaust victim fraud for the nazis doing it in the first place. Your logic is that retarded.

Where are you statistics to back that up?

I imagine you don't have any, any more than I do, because where would one get unbiased and reliable statistics on that?

My opinion is from that I no longer get banned by commenting that men are murdered 3x more often than women on my facebook feed, like I would last year. My opinion is from that over the last few years most feminists would get angry and ban or unfriend me for calmly quoting (and sourcing) actual statistics on their posts over the last few years, and now I still see those posts but people don't get as rabidly upset as they used to. In fact many of them that got super angry a few years ago are somewhat interested in discussing it now.
